    I’ve downloaded and re-downloaded this app multiple time over the last 4 years. It helps me calm down and relax during times in my life where I’m feeling stress because of a transition like moving or having a baby. I don’t use this app everyday but I love it when I do. Feels like it has more free options for meditation session than most other apps. Best free meditation app available in the App Store.

    An amazing app that really helped me begin my journey into the world of meditation and mindfulness. Before I began I wasn’t able to sit still for more than a second or so. With practice, patience and a willingness to listen and learn this app has brought me much peace and clarity and I now sit through 30 minute group meditations gratefully.

    I love this app. It’s nice as a beginner and someone inexperienced at meditation to select the emotions you’re feeling and then have the app recommend specific sessions. That makes it easier to try different sessions, guides, etc. The timers with nature sounds and images are beautiful. I definitely recommend this app if you are starting a meditation practice or want to deepen an existing one. I meditate every day now, and sometimes just with the quiet timer.

    Found it thru some nonsense app thst links all sorts of other health apps like myfitnesspal and fitbit stuff that track ur steps and and meals. I have 3 meditation apps i use, Insight Timer and Headspace are big ones, but this new one, Breathe, is concise and approachable. Very accessible. I like it a lot. The feature to check in with ur mood and emotions using selectable adjectives is very good and a very good technique for cultivating self awareness and therapy. Great App

    I’ve only had this app for a few days now but let me just say I am so glad I downloaded it. It calms me down so easily and helps me focus on my breathing. Meditation feels very rewarding now in a way that I love, digitally, while also helping calm myself down after a stressful day. I just pop in my earbuds and listen to the app and feel so much better. If you need a meditation app, this is the one for you.

    I rarely rate apps, but I felt compelled to spread the good word on this one. The meditations within this app resonate just right for me, whereas I had a hard time getting into Headspace. I love the messages through many of the guided meditations here; you also can just do a timed meditation on your own.
