    I’m starting to meditate, and this app has been great. A variety of guided meditations and breathing exercises. The pause I need it. Totally recommended and use the journal it helps a lot, to write what you’re feeling.

    I love this app, and the reminders and streak features help keep me motivated. However, sometimes I don’t have good service wherever I’m meditating, so I lose a streak I worked really hard for without realizing it (because I did the meditation in the first place, but it just didn’t sync because I didn’t have good cell service). It would be cool if there was a feature where the app would be able to tell I meditated even when I may not have internet access.
