    App does not properly present fuel economy - range does not change based on tank fullness. Does not provide current state data, only the last time it checked in with the server. If they can’t get these right, what else is wrong? The only use I can see for this app (unless I get a subscription to remote start/stop and find my car) is making appointments to service the car, and I can do that with my phone.

    This app is fairly slow but it was working. This last month I paid my subscription fee and I lost my remote actions. There appears to be no way to contact on the app so I just canceled. Not sure what to do.

    This last update took away the remote start and I’m still paying to use it… please fix immediately or refund customers their money!

    This app used to let you see the history of where your car had been. But now Honda took that away. I just don’t understand why company are so cheap with what they give to a customer. They'll do anything to save a penny. 👎👎👎

    I bought a new 2024 Accord 3 weeks ago. App worked great for 4 days-then stopped working-maybe because of new update. Didn’t ever work with my 2021 Civic either. Would suggest better debugging on Honda’s part and dont really feel like becoming a beta tester spending molto time with phone calls to Honda. It did work great for 4 days ..

  • Limited Feature Set, hotspot linking is broken

    Remote start is not useful in the app since it gives you no unique options over just using the key which overlaps about 90% of times I would want to remote start. Others like Hyundai allow you to set the vehicle temperature when you remote start, that is the real value add to being able to use your phone. Also hotspot linking is broken. The UI shows me: Unable to link vehicle and when you select contact support it shows the vehicle mobile number as 4 random bytes in base64. When I checked the network packets it looks like it is sending this value in the payload. Probably to ID the account in part. Looking in the att my vehicle site it shows vehicle mobile number as a regular 10 digit phone number.

    This app is not reliable. Like there's just not much to say, if you try starting your car it simply just gives you an error message half of the time. And granted I drive a lot but it's always behind on milage, oil, etc. 23 Accord LX

    This is the worse app I think I have ever used. It asks for double verification. You put in your info to send you a code and it never sends the code
