  • Not very user friendly

    This is the worst streaming app I have ever seen. You can’t even record things. I set the recordings and it does not record. You need to make it so that you can hit record from what you’re watching instead of having to go back to the list and then hit record. You should be able to hit the enter button and there should be an option that says record. You might want to check out DIRECTV stream and see how they do theirs there’s is extremely user-friendly and very easy to use much easier than yours. I will be canceling the service tomorrow Xfinity you better step it up

    I attempt to sign in and the app crashes immediately. I deleted and reinstalled it. Same issue.

  • Smart resume freezing

    Smart resume isn’t working and freezes screen. I’ve especially noticed it on recordings of top chef on Bravo. Very frustrating as there is no way to watch the show. Even when I watch commercials it just freezes the screen.

    It allows you to save shows, and movies to “your list”, but you can’t view your TV show list, just your saved movies. It’s like that on all my devices through Xfinity app

    What good is having an app that just started making me sign in online every single time I use it and approve my usage with a different app. So dumb. I want to type in my user ID and password 1 time and have it remembered. Go back to the old way.

    Constantly asks us to log in each time we load the app. Recent updates said it was fixed, unfortunately not. Otherwise the app generally works ok, except for frequent “skips” where the video & audio repeat themselves (possibly an overall Apple TV issue)

    The recent App version is defective and doesn't allow streaming. The option shows an a popup screen appears when Streaming is selected but the popup only last 1 second and even fast inputs are ignored by the App, making streaming impossible. I hope this feedback will be received and addressed quickly.

    Every show I try to rewatch on this app always freezes. Who has time to sit at home and watch on a real tv? Not me!

  • Worse App Ever

    Stops playing in the middle of shows. Restarting app doesn’t help and won’t let you resume the show you were JUST WATCHING, you won’t even be able to find the play button! Tons of ads and won’t let you watch some stuff without home wifi. Tried to record some things I was able to start them and then of course it stopped in the middle. Restarted the app and I couldn’t find my recording again. When I did not delete it. This app is trash.
