My 8 and 4 year old love this app. They love learning about the different parts of the body and how they work. Several times a day my 4 Year old will find occasion to view one vignette or another, like when she bites her tongue or her stomach hurts. Cons: the price of the animation packs is a little high. Also, the audio and the animation go by too fast for full comprehension. Recommend slowing down the animation speed, and having the reader pause for two to three seconds between sentences to let the listener process what they just heard.

Are they serious with this? No voice or notes on the videos? Total hack, ripoff, joke. And to have to pay for each video that provides no information or terminology as to what is going on. These people should be taken to court
  • Would have been awesome.

Read the outcome at the end of this review - I originally gave them one star, but after today they deserve 4 stars! I have spent three weeks trying to purchase in app purchases for Visible Body Physiology Animations. Every time that I try to do that, I get there a message that says ""CANNOT RESTORE PURCHASE. We could not restore your purchase. Please try again and make sure to sign in with the same AppleID used for the original purchase." Unfortunately, the only way that I can contact the support people for visible body is by email. That means that every interchange takes at least 24 hours turnaround time. Whereas, when I contacted the Apple support people, I was able to call them by telephone and within 1 to 2 days we were able to figure out that this was a software glitch with the visible body applications in the Argosy publishing company. If it wasn't for the fact that these apps are going to make excellent teaching tools for my patients, I would just blow it off and say screw it. But I guess I will try just a little longer and hopefully at some point the visible body support people will realize that this is taking too long and try to contact me by telephone. I will try to help that along by emailing them tonight and pleading with him to call me to try to work this out rather than going back-and-forth by email. John Winczura PA-C I got a call this morning from the Visible Body support people, and within five minutes I had all my purchases made! It appears I was mistakenly hitting the "Restore" button in the upper left hand corner of the purchase page in the app, which is actually meant for someone who has purchased the app in the past. What I was actually supposed to do was touch the Price Bar, and everything was simple after that! There was no software problem; unfortunately, the person I was communicating with by email must not have realized what I was doing. Phone support is so much better! A suggestion to the Visible Body people - devise some way to show customers to touch the price bar to complete the purchase. I love the app itself ! John Winczura PA-C
