  • The game is good; Gems is the problems

    By Bryantgmc2
Once you reach a certain point and unlock the newer and more expensive restaurants it’s harder to upgrade, and makes it harder to get 3 stars on levels. Experience becomes a problem as you have to play a lot more; believe me I try to play in the casino to get gems at least some and I go bankrupt every time getting only a few hundred coins. So unless your willing to play through with the struggle of getting gems don’t get this game; sure it’s fun to enjoy but I like to make progress and the gem problem ruins everything especially that there’s no daily reward of gems and you only get 1 for logging in with Facebook. If the developer wants to get people to play this game they need it to be actually free to play most of us don’t want to waste money on a game that’s already free. If u made it this far thanks for reading.
  • The amount of gems to upgrade is ridiculously to much for your return!

    By Tayjoy22
The amount of gems to upgrade the kitchen food and the dining room are ridiculously too much with very little in return. It normally cost 10 to 20 gems and thousands of coins to upgrade a food item or an appliance in the kitchen for only the price of the food that the customers pay is a measly one dollar increase. Yes, $1.00 increase—that is ludicrous! The company is about depleting our gems so that we can keep purchasing more gems. It is no way one can play this game without purchasing gems. The only way to advance in the game is to upgrade both the kitchen appliances and the food along with the dining room area to move to different levels. The price for this is many gems with a few coins. I remember at one time the cost to increase the first level in the dining room was all coins. However, I don’t see this anymore, it’s gems and coins. The coins come a penny, a dozen—not a dime a dozen. Coins are plentiful! One get rewarded all day with coins. One gets 900 coins and two gems every night for checking in after twelve midnight. If you happen to miss a day for getting your reward, then you are penalized and you can’t get anymore gems for seven days only coins and it starts low and build up until the seven day and then back to the $900/2 per day and the count down for every day one gets the coins starts over, too. Every twenty one hours, one can go to each of their restaurants they opened and get paid their earnings in the form of coins. I enjoy the game, but it is to pricey to play and again, the rewards after upgrading is ridiculously low! I sure hope the company revamp their upgrade and payout structure to make the game more enjoyable and affordable for one to continue to play. The Alpine Meat Palace is ridiculously meant for one to fail in this app! First, I hate the apps that one has to beat or chop the food with your finger in order to prepare it, but this app is down right meant to fail because by the time you finish beating the steak or ribs—by the way, you are beating it to season the food with salt and pepper, NOT tenderizing the meat and by the time you beat it to pulp, the other food on the burners are burning! Therefore, one cannot have multiple meats cooking at one time successfully. The meat and the skillets are at the highest level and the beating/chopping time has yet to reduce. I chopped the steak 21 times and the ribs 13 times before it went into the skillet—this is Ridiculous! Again, the cost to upgrade the appliances are so ridiculously expensive just to profit two dollars from the customers for the cost of their meals. This is the worst game yet that they have come up with that is designed for one to fail and cost so many coins and gems to upgrade and we are really getting nothing in return or benefiting from it. And please stop designing apps that we have to use our fingers to chop or stir food in order to prepare it! Please design some new customers with different sound effects—I tired of seeing the same old people over and over with the same sound effects! Also, I am at experience level 126 and the reward remains the same from day one from finishing an experience level which is 1500 coins I think and seven (7) gems. You don’t think it is time to UP the Pay-out after surpassing 100 experience levels? We have put the time and money into this app and the rewards remains the same! It is not causing you Nothing to up the payout, but it cost us real money to play the games!
  • Fun but you have to spend $ to go far

    By JJTerry
I LOVE this game, however, you need diamonds to upgrade your items to be able to score well. Earning diamonds isn’t too easy and it’s a slow process. The only other option is to buy them. I just unlocked my 3rd location and I’m needing diamonds right away to even get past a 1 star win. I’m deleting the app. I didn’t download this to spend my hard earned money.
  • Fun game.

    Best game ever
  • Great games in the beginning

    By Stech21
In the beginning, the game is really fun. I enjoyed it until I opened up another restaurant at the stadium. A lot of things (most I should say) after the first restaurant requires gems. Gems are not easy to come by. You can get them a little through leveling up, the casino and of course you can buy them. I like to avoid micro transactions as much as possible so I slowly stopping playing the game. It would be nice if we could watch ads to get gems. Or even start requiring gems for some much things to upgrade. I can barely do anything in the stadium because I can’t upgrade anything else without gems. Other than that, nice progression game. Uninstalling it since I’m pretty much stuck unless I want to keep repeating the same levels over and over and over. And trust me I tried and it got boring.
