    My wife and I spent a lot of time downloading apps and trying to find out which platform to use to run my business. I wanted one app to do everything but I couldn’t find one till one day while laying in bed talking to my wife I stumbled upon HCP. After playing around with it for a bit I knew I wanted to use HCP. After showing my wife how to use it she fell in love with it as well. Makes her job easier when it comes to booking jobs, creating invoices, etc. My customers like it as well. Over all great app and the reason I didn’t give it 5stars (which it really deserves) is because of some minor bugs that need fixing.

  • Solid software but the sales people are too much.

    I had a little interest in this app for my company so I downloaded this free trial version I downloaded it one morning and then jumped in the shower. I had 2 calls from HCP by the time I got out and then another before I left the house. Since then I've gotten calls from at least 3 of their sales people, evidently they start at telemarketing at 7 am and multiple texts to set appointments. I appreciate the tenacity however, they simply are not respectful. At least one of their sales people doesn’t get that 7 am is not an ok time to call. Fast forward a week and he texts around the same time. When asked to be put on a do not contact list, that is a real good time to stop and not respond with anything other than “yes sir” instead of we don’t have a do not call list. Sounds like maybe some younger people that are trying real hard but don’t really have the basics covered yet.

    This thing is awesome. It works really well, clearly developed by someone who understands how contract work operations function. It’s made our whole system more streamlined. They’re also really good with customer support.
  • Love the App but keep changing the prices

    I used to like this app. It was free for one man small business. Then they changed it overnight even though the App description said that it was free. It was raised to $39.99 per month and now is $49.99. Customer support has declined. 9/26/18 I received a call and they also have a 99.99 account activation.

    So far so good!! It’s made like easier for! Especially being a one man crew this help those late night paperwork moments go away! My only issue was I never received a tutorial walk through when I started so I had some trail and errors to overcome but for the most part it’s user friendly! I still am unsure if I’m utilizing all the features correctly or if I’m missing any that might benefit me. Worth it so far better than hiring an office employee at a much higher expense
  • Can't see schedule

    Having two to four people I cannot see where everyone is supposed to go each day. Some overlap prevents me from seeing my own schedule. We need to keep track of each other so we can help one another during slack times in our own schedule. We're dropping the service during the trial period.
