    Yeah. I’ve been using this for a while on & off. It works very well for me. I can handle anything for 7 minutes. And I certainly feel it when I’m done. Got up to 2 cycles when it got easier. This app is worth it for sure.

    Although I struggled to get through the workout the first few times I did it, I knew I could keep going because it was only 7 minutes. There was an end in sight. As I became stronger I would do the workout a few times in a row. Having the extra workouts was great. I noticed a change in my body within a few weeks, stronger and more toned. I’d recommend this app to beginners or advanced athletes because you can adjust the settings to make it longer or shorter for your ability.
