    I use this app every day and have done so for about three years without any misses. It has vastly improved my health. My one quibble is that the current/best steak counter stops at 720. I wish it went further.

    Been doing this for years about 3-5 per week. I notice more results as far as muscle mass and body shape than any other workout I have done before. I used to do longer workouts but would get tired of them and just end up quitting after a few months but this 7 minute workout is so awesome because there really is no excuse, it’s 7 minutes, and it works to keep you in shape and mentally clear. Can do it literally anywhere as well which is great. Love it
