    I do this on vacation or when I don’t have time to make it to the gym. There’s a lot of exercises on there if you click on bonus 2. Sometimes I use weights with some exercises to increase the level. I’ll also skip the rest period in between sometimes. I usually modify all the push ups because I’m a lady and don’t need further toned arms.

    I love this workout. I go to this workout when I want a quick workout. I know it so I can do it quickly. The exercises are the same as current HIIT workouts. No music but it is a great app. As good as more expensive ones.
