RoomScan Classic creates floor plans using "Touch Phone Against Walls" — perfect where the view of the floor is blocked or poorly-lit, just touch your phone against each wall for a rapid plan. You can also "Draw Manually & Use Laser" — take advantage of slick integration with Leica & Bosch laser measures to get precise measurements onto your plan in moments. RoomScan Classic can scan building exteriors, yards and gardens too, with the ExteriorScan & PlotScan features. Export, saving, sending and printing of your plans as standard image files is free. Unlock RoomScan Classic with an annual auto-renewable subscription for unlimited export in PDF, DXF, FLYPLAN®, 3D models and other formats. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.   • Obsolete functions!

    I worked on a single office plan for hours and never found a way to square the room corners or connect 10 rooms into a complete floor plan. I found no way to modify or add corners to rooms or merge rooms. I used Magicplan for years on many large buildings. This app is like going back to the dungeon of times past!!! I would love to see a better plan with real training videos.

    I’ve had the app for years and I keep it because it just works and is handy to have for quickly gathering information for a room. I appreciate that they are maintaining the classic version because I don’t use it intensely and often enough that I would receive any benefit from having LIDAR version. And the price point is low enough, I just let it ride so it’s handy when I have a new project around the farm. Thank you!

    This is an ok product but it has frequent problems with complex non-rectangular rooms. Also they just jacked up the price from $8.49, which is ok to almost $40. A rip off. Do not buy!

    Right off the bat, it’s a good app with the right features but it’s lacking some basic user interface options. Some basic re-designing would be great and would put this software on top.

    Thought this could at least give me a rough outline of my very square, small and symmetrical home…apparently it’s a bunch of overlapping wiggly lines, and some extra corners are always added in that you can’t edit out because they’re so small, but they affect the angle of the room and thus entire home. Didn’t even use the whole free trial. Don’t know how this could help anyone unless they were looking for a headache.

    I paid for pro because it was $8 a year and it would use lidar when I upgraded my device. Now that I have a new device with LIDAR they took away the lidar from the app and made a new app thats $48 a year. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THE MARKET WILL LEAD TO A NEW AND BETTER APP FROM TRUSTWORTHY COMPANIES SOON.

    This app is pretty amazing, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. •Autocorrect should also work at the floor level to align rooms and doors. •should be able to add windows during scan •you got to be quick in large spaces No option for stairs All in all a great new concept, but not ready for prime time just yet. Update 8/2021 This app got great so I bought the pro version. Something I have NEVER done before. With new updates I’d lost abilities I had paid for. Things as simple as adding doors and windows had been taken away from me. I was highly disappointed in what had become of this app. However the company quickly responded to this review and through the built in support in the app was able to fix this for me and restore my purchase.

    I tried using the app, it kept having issues. So I reached out to their support that was “online” no one responded after hours. Days later, still no response.
