    Inot the easiest to navigate and every time I opened the app it requested for me to verify my information (name, room, bday). I wish it could have done a face recognition. Also we couldn’t get the chat feature to work for our group. The app was a bit disappointing.

    Our group consisted of two adults (me and my partner) and my partner’s son (a family of four with two kids). We planned to spend time together and also enjoy the adult only activities on our own. I experienced sea sickness as it being my first time on a cruise so on those days I found it hard to enjoy myself. As the water became less turbulent I was able to feel better. I enjoyed the adult only areas. The family areas were very hectic, noisy, not relaxing. We found several teenagers, who appeared to be under 18, using the fitness center. We didn’t notice any cast members enforcing the under age policy. Dinners were also very noisy and busy. I found it difficult to enjoy and converse with family. We really enjoyed the food and our servers Ceci and Dewa were the best. We really enjoyed the wine, beer, and tequila tastings. John and Dani gave excellent presentations and I learned a lot. We enjoyed JUNNK show, including the adult show. The crew and cast members are helpful and so friendly. We really appreciated their support. We were disappointed with the amount of time at Castway Cay. We were anticipating an earlier arrival and spending more time. The beach was beautiful and the food was delicious. We were a little disappointed with our excursion on St. Thomas because the Black Beard Museum was closed for renovations. Why take us to a place that is closed? Tortola was very relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed the rum distillery tour and the beach. Despite some of the downsides we have reserved our next cruise for 2025. It’ll probably be a shorter cruise for just me and my partner so we can enjoy all of the adult stuff. Now that we’re more familiar with the experience I think we’ll have a wonderful time. Thanks!

    Texts on this app are very laggy and sometimes don’t send, trouble signing into accounts. Over all very helpful though

    We recently embarked on a Disney Wonder Cruise out of San Diego to Ensenada with a stop in Catalina. We had an exceptional time with the family. We took a group of 14 people including children, to my surprise it was extremely amazing, the food the service was fantastic. I would have given 5 stars if they had more variety on the entertainment because we had a couple of young boys in our group that were frustrated that all the shows were princess centered and no stuff for boys, no heroes, no stories for a young boy to relate, that to me was the biggest disappointment because the show was described as “All your favorite characters “ and off course when they said “Favorite Characters”, I thought they would have uplifting stories about boys and all I saw was Princesses stories with the exception of one night that they had a bit about “Toy Story” which they were not able to joined. I told the boys that they would see Woody and Buzz light on the last night, I figured they would would have a variety but they didn’t and left the show unhappy and it made me look like a liar. The reason why the survey was only noted as very good and not excellent is because the people in the dining room were calling me by a different name other than my own, everyone was called by their correct name except me and the waiter gave all his attention to my husband and totally ignored me, they thought they would get a big tip if they focus on him but they were wrong. I wish I had not prepaid the tip because I would have given them nothing. I don’t give tips to anyone that disrespects me. Other than that it was very good but not excellent. Do I recommend it? Absolutely, and given the choice amongst other cruises that I have been , the Disney Cruise would be my first choice as I don’t like cruises period! I hope this help!

    When the app worked, it was wonderful and so helpful. Very helpful for planning and the countdown was so cute. Most of the time on the boat, however, the messaging feature would not work for my family and had lots of issues getting things to load. It really seems like Disney wants you to buy the internet package for it to work…but again you have to do that prior to leaving the shore because it requires internet connection to buy 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

    This was I first cruise on a Disney Ship. My daughter Lora and I enjoyed ourselves very much, looking forward to our next trip. We were on Deck 6, stateroom 6050.. our Steward was Dewa and he was absolutely the best. Very friendly and all the little extra things he did made our trip memorable.   • Missing critical functionality and chat flaky

    DCL is pushing more and more information onto the app (my last cruise the dining rotation and table assignments had moved to the app). That is their choice, of course, but the app desperately need la a full text search function. If I want to know all the times for bingo sessions so that I can add them to my favorites, I should be able to search for the keyword “bingo“ rather than have to spend 20 minutes, searching through all of the events through the entire cruise. Similarly, search for specific character, appearances, musical acts, etc. And it shouldn’t be tied to Disney defined keywords. If I can’t remember the name of the guitarist I saw last night in the lounge, I should be able to search for “guitar” without having to know the title of the event. Also, while the chat feature is greatly improved over previous years, is still has the problem where messages appear out of order. This past cruise, my wife messaged me to tell me she had won at bingo — my reply didn’t go through until after another two messages 30 minutes later – making her think I was ignoring her!

    It works but first time user will struggle a little to get used to the app. By the 2nd day we finally figure how to navigate around the app to find all the characters. We missed the characters on the first day and had to make up on the 2nd day causing us have less activity on and off the boat because we tried to keep up to take photos.

    Was not able to locate the Castaway Cay map until we were back on the ship. And you are not able to book all experiences through the app.
