How to use: 1) Install the application 2) Launch the application from your home screen 3) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by your support technician 4) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device

    This company was used to scam me out of over $3,000. This is outrageous that there is no security protection with this app. People should sue. It’s beyond scary how easy hackers can get into your personal accounts using this app. Horrible

    I was trying to set up my Amazon prime account on my Apple TV. And the person who was helping me, decided he wanted to help me secure my phone and asked me to transfer a lot of money to my cash app and then put it in a different card number at that point I found it to be suspicious and hung up on him. Recuse + Mobile and was trying to get passwords from me

    Guys whenever you are on the phone with any type of support or someone you don’t know do not download anything, you shouldn’t have to download anything to get help if they are official. My mom caught this guy and when she started questioning him he got silent and wouldn’t answer any of our questions it was hilarious how quickly the situation changed, we hung up and luckily avoided being scammed. Once again, THESE ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT FOLLOW OR LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY SAY
