    I’ve been ordering from Burger King for such a while now that I am a loyal customer in the app, I’ve been getting delivery a while and suddenly I get this message that “we cannot currently deliver to your address” and I’m wondering why honestly. Even my friend cannot delivery using the Burger King app and we think it’s a app error. Burger King please fix this I still want to order from Burger King.

    got the notification w/ the picture of my food. went outside to grab it and it wasn’t there. 35$ gone and no where in the app can i get support. the customization is nice at least but someone else is eating the burger I CUSTOMIZED AND BOUGHT D:

    Love the BK app. This location has great staff: Doug the mgr,Jesus & Giovanni are great as well as the whole staff. People should wear gloves when handling cones & fries.

  • Self service kiosk needs work

    App isn’t compatible with self service kiosk. The app doesn’t provide a six digit code before ordering to use royal perks. Also, the digital receipt with the QR code doesn’t provide a full transaction id to redeem royal perks, so again royal perks and self service kiosks don’t allow users to redeem points or let you interact with any human beings, further removing Burger King from its customers and its own technology.

    Placed order online three times and it never went through. Standing in restaurant and couldn’t order pick up. Fortunately there are 15 other restaurants on the same street and their apps work.
