  • Beware! It’s a rip-off!

    I downloaded the app because I was curious about how it work and then deleted it when I realized it wasn’t for me. Two months after my free trial ended I was randomly charged $99 for a “subscription” I did not enroll in. There was no indication that I had been automatically enrolled into a subscription after the trial ended. It did not show up on my apple subscription list and I was never notified or given an option to choose a plan or price range which is usually standard practice when it comes to subscriptions. I also find it odd that there was a 2-month gap between the time the trial ended and when I was charged. Turns out you have to message a specialist (in the app only) to cancel and deleting the app doesn’t cancel the free trial. It’s designed to rob your bank account. It’s a Total sham. I never received any services and deleted the app a day after I downloaded it.

    Very easy to use app, great coaching and lessons that are easy to apply in day to day life. They don’t expect drastic changes in lifestyle, instead focus on lots of small changes over time. I dropped 6 lbs my first week, 10 lbs by week 4. I only want to lose 18 lbs so I’m pretty close! I also feel healthier in general, less tired, more energy to do more of the fun things I love to do. I can see a difference in my body and I couldn’t be more thrilled!
  • Food Logging Could Be Better

    So far I love this app. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the food logging UX/UI. It would be better if you could log food in advance. No fun meal prepping for the week then having to type everything in again the day of, especially if you have to pull ingredients out to scan again. Also wish you could scan items when creating your own meals instead of typing everything in. Don’t see why it’s not on there since the scanner is built into the regular logging flow already?

    This is so frustrating!! All I want to do is cancel!! Info tells me to go to places that don’t exist! Says is going to be $23 a month and after it’s to late they say will be $149 for 6 months at once!!! I can’t afford $149 at once!! String you along with $ monthly then boom $ 6 months at one payment. PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND SEND ME CONFIRMATION!!

    Really like this app but wish it connected to my FitBit. I don’t have an Apple Watch and my phone tracker isn’t accurate because I don’t carry it all the time. I like the reminders for entering data.
  • Mixed feelings

    The content is terrific but the app is clumsy and doesn't sync between devices. I quit for awhile out of disappointment over the app, but came back for the content. For the cost, the app should work better

    BEWARE!!!! To cancel this subscription it’s not like your other apple subscriptions where you just go into you iTunes. There is a process you have to go through the app and it is intended to trick you into paying for more than use with the app. It’s not a bad product or program but they are good at taking your money. It’s not a monthly subscription like it should be either. They charge for 6 months at a time making the payments more expensive than they need to be.

    I know the fact that I lost a little bit and then gained it back has a lot to do with my inactivity. I just don’t do enough around the house. Sitting from the computer and play Solitaire. I had started back to exercise but I’m not in good enough shape to keep up with the class and I can’t get myself motivated to start doing anything

    I have been using Noom for almost a month and am already down 9 pounds! The lessons are so helpful and I like how it breaks down food choices in an easy way. It has truly taught me how to change my mindset around food. I still have a ways to go to reach my goal but after trying weight watchers, Keto, and lots of strict elimination diets I am so happy I found something that works for me!
