  • Excellent todo app

    By mstam1616
I really enjoy this app. The natural language input to assign a due date to a task is really good. The ability to add attachments was a nice surprise. I will let my subscription with another better known todo app lapse and continue my support for this app. It has a permanent home on my devices (Windows, iPhone, iPad)
  • So much to like - frustrated at how they use durations!

    By BenFranklin
Tick Tick is one of the best todo lists available. I have tried a number and keep coming back to this product. It has very solid functionality. My greatest frustration is the lack of flexibility in how it uses dates to create lists I need to see to manage my work. One frustration is how it does not allow much custom flexibility in how you use start date and end date differently to create custom lists even in the Premium Version. If you are looking to create custom lists that include variations on start date VERSUS end date - don’t buy the Premium version. A year ago they said they would add this, but they have not. Examples - do you want to see tasks that have started by tomorrow to see everything that you might need to have addressed before tomorrow is done - or tasks that have started by some specific date to plan what you need to shift of delegate before a vacation - you can not do that. Also, the lists for “Today”, “Tomorrow” and “Next week” use these fields differently. “Today” appears to show all tasks that have started or are due on or before today. While “Tomorrow” only does NOT include overdue tasks that are not done yet. So if you click the Smart List for “Tomorrow” - you are not seeing all the stuff you want to work on by tomorrow. And, again, you can not control this very well in a custom smart list through Premium because the Smart lists only offer a “date” field that is unclear how it relates to tasks with “Durations” (a start and end date). Overall, the product is very functional - but with out a bit more programming to use the “duration” (Start and end dates) which it allows a user to enter, the program is a level below Microsoft Outlook Task List. I still give it 4 starts as it is useful if you find ways to live with the shortcomings and take a lot of time to make sure you really understand how the Smart Lists it has related to “Start” and “End” dates (which is not intuitive nor clearly defined).
  • TickTick is making my store work better

    By Po mama sid
This is the task manager I needed. I run a small store and I had specific criteria for it to be useful: separate sections for store tasks and overall business tasks, sub tasks (necessary for things like a closing list), date/calendar based, repeatable tasks, PDF attachments (for the schedule), and compatibility with more than just Apple products. TickTick filled all the criteria as well as being easy and intuitive, bonus for easy syncing and not having run into any bugs. Everything I need is free but I am planning on upgrading as I always want folks who do good stuff to get paid.
  • What I was looking for!

Got everything I wanted with this one!
  • The best of the best

I am not big in leaving reviews but with this app I will. Why this app is the best on at the apple store now: 1- Very intuitive 2- Simple design 3- Highly customizations 4- Strong Apple watch support 5- Great customer service I tried 2Do, Sorted, Week Cal, Fantastical. This application is mixed of Todo and calendar in very easy way. And I love the face complication in my Apple Watch and HOPE in future to have more customizations. Overall, this application is the best app on the market now and I wish all the best to the developers. I renew my subscription annually and it is coming soon. 🌸🌸🌸
  • Tick Tick- no refund?!?

    By larsen.s
I am shocked at the service I received with this app. I subscribed for one year and upon testing out the app I decided it wasn’t for me. To cancel my subscription I used Apple and asked for a refund from TickTick however they said I needed to go through Apple for the refund as well. I couldn’t get a refund from Apple and I told TickTick this but they provided zero assistance. Very disappointed in the quality of TickTick.
  • Genuinely beats everyone else

    By Officialcjr
Why aren’t more people aware of this app?!?! Forget todoist, wunderlist, omnifocus, etc. this one literally beats them all....and it works great! Checked all the boxes that were missing for me with these other apps. Also, every time they update, it gets better and more useful! I’d give this 100 stars if I could. (Been using TickTick since 2016.)
  • Best of the kind

    By Harveydiu
I have tried multiple to-do apps ( including some paid ones), but after constant switching, I still come back to TickTick. It’s neat and straightforward. Adding a reminder without having to scroll the screen up and down to select the date and time just makes the whole thing a lot easier. The UI is delivers authentic apple feeling, simple and elegant. BTW, I LOVE the sound effect when you complete a task.
  • Fantastic

    By Boniverfan
I’ve tried around 10 or 15 different calendar and to-do apps and so far this is the only one that had the features and intuitive design that I was looking for. It’s like a far better functioning (and looking) version of Apple reminders mixed with google calendar. One app for all of my scheduling and reminding needs; now all of the things that I have to do are in one place. It’s as simple as you’d like or as involved as you need it to be, and it’s a joy to use. Absolutely worth the money for premium. I love this app. PS: To the developers - the only changes that I would make would be to allow users to make sub tasks for sub tasks, allow an “admin” for collaborated lists, and to have the option to edit or delete just one instance of a recurring task, instead of only all of them. Other than these things so far this app is absolutely perfect.
  • Broke stuff again

    By Ew85284
If you turn on completed items view, you only see 5 items with no option to “see more”.
