I really love the basic concept of this game, but there are so many things wrong... Challenges have way too many requirements that cost a lot together and you get next to nothing for entering fashions. And the fashions you enter are all judged together SO my beautiful level 3 designs on my pretty models are lumped in with crazy amazing level 57 designs on ridiculously gorgeous models with fun hair accessories and makeup ...completely unfair and it makes the game kind of a drag because you don't get anything. You NEED cash and diamonds but it's going to take great commitment and dedication to log in every day, do nothing but collect a daily reward, maybe enter the daily challenge... Unless you want to put real money into it. Also something I noticed... When you switch to modern models you can't change skin color, but maybe that's a leveling thing? Either way, just bummed this game isn't better cause the general design and stuff isn't like anything else out there and I really want to like it!
  • Very fun, but one thing..

I’ve been playing this game for a pretty long time without spending any Monet on anything except hair accessories. My only problem is I’ve been playing almost nonstop for about 2 years and I’m only level 9! It’s a bit hard to earn cash and diamonds and I don’t understand how the “ you’ve earned tickets and diamonds “ feature works cuz sometime I get it and other times no. Please make it easier to level up and I will give a 5 star review. I noticed a lot of players had this issue as well so please please please make it easier to level up.

All you seriously do is vote and dress the person and I could barley understand what to do.I didn’t get any instructions so this game is bland and horrible try to improve like red carpet contest or chat (appropriately) and have a good time and see what your fans say again( appropriately). I couldn’t get enough gems and everyday it kept dropping and money to it was so don’t buy this or game creator try improving it more. If you delete this comment idk but people are gonna be mad when they get this app Thanks for reading this comment,~coolgirlrule101

Fun game but to slow on loading. It takes like 10 minutes and it doesn't do anything.
  • Fun but limited

This game is fun but you can only make one or two looks a day if you’re lucky. The daily challenge only gives you $500 to spend and that’s not nearly enough to build a look if you don’t have an extensive styling trunk. I play a similar game called Design Home and they give $2500 for the daily challenge so you at least feel like you have a fighting chance. If you’re not willing to put in a ton of your own cash you are pretty limited with what you can do even if you have a ton of people you can borrow from once every 48 hours (another flaw). In Design Home you can borrow from people more often.

So I’ve been playing covet for a while now since you had to have a certain closet amount to enter certain challenges. So it’s safe to say I enjoy the game. The problem I’m having now is exactly what everyone else is complaining about. EVERYTHING IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON. I don’t understand why the hair accessories things are $9 I’ve never seen something in a game cost so much for one item! Also the issue I’m having is that the people that win Top look ALL LOOK THE SAME!! There is no creativity in this game anymore everyone is literally putting on the same items. I don’t like that I have to spend an extravagant amount of diamonds on one flash back challenge just to never use the items again. I hate that the prizes that are given out are virtually useless in other challenges and you’ll spend $2,000 on a challenge for a garment that cost 300 diamonds. Luckily for me I got to 1M closet value off of Tapjoy diamonds but my god they are hard to get!!! I get that you guys need to make money but you’re literally going to lose money by making your app such a scam! It’s not even fun anymore.

Ok so I am able to go into the app and open it, I can see everything and vote but I can’t actually style an outfit for the events. A red banner appears at the top of my screen, which dims everything in the background, that says “There was an error communicating with the game servers. Please tap restart to restart the game.” Which I do click restart but the same things keeps happening for ALL my events. I love this game and there is currently a special event where I can get the hair accessory and I was so excited to get this one, but I don’t have the chance to anymore...thanks.
  • Seemed like a good game but it would never load

I’ve been enjoying dressing the models but the challenges are too tough. They are very expensive. And it seems like it is designed to stop you from reusing things, when really, isn’t having a good wardrobe the opposite? All the fairy tale stuff is just silly. Through in one now and then. What I really hate is the evening gowns for everything. Design a look for a princess slogging through a swamp — every winner is in a tulle gown. I hate voting on those. Pick between two ballgowns for a day at the ball field. Ugh. So, I just had one of those, women in gowns all winning at something no one would wear a ball gown to. I decided to look at the reviews and I’m glad I did. At least I can see I’m not the only one who thinks there’s some weirdness.

Ha. My main problem is that I have been playing at least one (often up to 5) challenges daily, even spending my own money, and I am only a level 5. The REAL reason I’m about to uninstall is because of the challenge requirements. I’ve only been playing for ~8 months, and many challenges are “flash backs” - so if you didn’t play the game say Spring 2016 you have to buy garments to fulfill the challenge, and they are essentially useless elsewhere due to the “current season” up points. Being able to hold onto and wear items over and over is great. I think the “reset unworn” is a joke. You might as well buy a new item. Here is the worst thing: MANY challenges have a ludicrous amount of needs, often saying you have to wear ONE certain thing (that is not given- if there is no choice- it should just be a stipulation to work with or around!) seriously? I have to wear this one pair of $500 heels- that I have to buy?! Or it will say two rose gold items from -insert designer-. There may be only three to choose from! More freedom, please. Love the idea, have fun with it, but the limitations are far more stifling than design home.
