Match Game Match game is a visual concentration game that’s designed to distract from your panic for more than a moment or two. Positive state coping statements Coping statements help you overcome negative thoughts. CalmKeeper’s Positive State tool is a series of coping statements that you customise or include your own.     I'm an 18 year old girl who has been suffering from anxiety and depression for a number of years now. I have began to suffer from crippling panic attacks that would take over my mind and body. Because I'm in college and away from my regular support system of people, my therapist suggested I look into apps like this one, and he was so right. I 100% recommend this app. If you read the description and you think that the tools are too childish, then I would have to argue that you've really experienced a panic attack. Simple yet distracting techniques are what brings your mind away from dark places, and this app is most definitely keeping that in mind. If you're questioning the price, then I would base it off of how beneficial do you think having something like this to comfort you would be. It's easy, accessible, no ads, and a simple escape from a dangerous place. Only have great things to say about this.

    Worth every penny. I don't normally review things but I had to for this because it's literally the only app out there that helps you THROUGH panic attacks when they happen and aren't just preventative. It gives you something to focus on and has tools to help you breathe easier. Overall it's just a great app for those that suffer from panic disorder.

    I have GAD and have to take Ativan if my anxiety turns into an attack. I just used this app and was able to control the attack WITHOUT medication! I would like to make a suggestion to the developers. Can you program Siri to pull up the App by saying "I am having a panic attack". The App could auto load to a screen that give an affirmation. Sometimes my attacks are so strong I am almost paralyzed. It would help if the App could be voice activated. Thanks for all you have done to help us.

    This is the only app I've seen built for managing panic as it is happening. When I am on the cusp of an attack (or right in the middle of one) this is where I turn to come back down. There's not really any fancy bells and whistles, no overwhelming list of unnecessary features- it's just what you need, when you need it. For less than the cost of a burrito. You can't lose.

    This app is wonderful. The creators are truly good people to design an app like this and offer it for free. It's the only app I found that is intended for use DURING a panic attack. It provides the perfect type of distraction for me and really helps me get through the attack (or at least until the Ativan kicks in). Again, thank you so much to the app creators. It's such a simple idea but means so much to someone like me. The calming design (especially the breathing orb) is also very nice.

    Thank you to whom ever created this app. Is it simply and easy to use. It is the perfect secret weapon to ward off a full blown panic attack. I can't recommend it enough, as it truly is my little life saver. Worth every penny!!!

    This app is a life saver. It has come in handy in so many situations when I feel my anxiety getting out of control. The guided breathing with the orb is my favourite along with the matching game. Truly a fantastic app; I have recommended it to my psychiatrist because I feel so strongly about it. I'm so thankful for the creators of it.

    When I'm in a full-blow panic attack, this app helps bring me back down to earth. I can't thank the creators enough. Side note: I cannot get the last tool (word creator) to work. It just says it's loading, but nothing ever loads.
