  • New Version is much harder to use

I have used quickbooks online for 4 years now and the new mobile version is awful. It’s much less user friendly, taking three or four clicks to do one thing. So many places to miss one line item like due date, which is actually one of the most important things. Copying an invoice is a disaster either by not updating the current date or not being able to copy an invoice that has already been paid. Since now there are some things I can only do on a computer, it makes the mobile app almost not a tool I can count on. I called to get support and the customer service rep o spoke to told me “they don’t know much about the mobile app”. My business is very mobile and it makes it very difficult to keep up with billing and invoicing. And the monthly fee keeps going up, which would be somewhat okay if the app was functioning well. A few very minor bugs have been addressed with updates but nothing that really helps.
  • Great program could use an addition

we’ve had great success and workability with QuickBooks. We also use QuickTime which has been a great time saver for our payroll accountant. The only thing QuickBooks is missing is the ability for our customers to ‘tip’ our employees. I’ve see this capability with other programs but for some reason QuickBooks has not yet added that function. With that addition QuickBooks would be a perfect 10.
  • Mileage Auto Tracker turns on by itself

Very annoying. I do not want auto tracking on and constantly have to turn it off.
  • Constant loading data

I thought I was getting an on line application that we could do mainly do mobile invoicing on the road, We presently use QuickBooks desktop. We use the app Invoice ASAP to write invoices and print the invoice on the road. We can down load the invoices from ASAP right into QuickBooks desktop. Works great but I was told that QuickBooks is no longer going to service the desktop version with updates and payroll was going away on desktop version. So I broke down and purchased a 1 year subscription to online a few weeks ago. It has so many bugs that make it impossible to do what we need. Most of the time we can’t even log into the quickbooks online app using a apple product. When we try to log in we get a message (data loading wait a few minutes while it loads) the little wheel is spinning. I can come back in a half hour and it’s still loading. I called service and they had me work on it for a half hour with no results. The final remedy was to remove QuickBooks online from all my apple devices and reload them. It worked for a day then the same thing happens. There is no way I could run my business with this. I’m lucky I still have my subscription to Invoice ASAP and the desktop version. It’s really hard to believe a corporation as large as QuickBooks can put out such garbage. But seeing is believing. I would stay away until they get it together. Oh yeah if you give them less than 5 stars they will not accept your review. Low lives

Very unhappy with QuickBooks in the beginning it was great but then I started having problems where they was having glitches and my account would get suspended with no notification so I couldn’t get paid by my customers this really hurt my business when I called and was on the phone for two hours with someone who could barely speak English ,they told me that it was a problem on their end and they reinstated my account so I’m happy then one month later they do the same thing and my account is suspended ,like how am I supposed to run my business with this going on all the time I have other things to focus on than this I do not recommend this service do not even try it it not worth your time
  • Was working fine before last update. No more payment links in the app.

I was loving the utility of this app for business. The best feature was the send a customer a mobile payment link, which is now gone from the invoice options, please add it back in. Updates should improve the app, not make it worse.
  • No way to manually save an expense

There’s no way to manually save an expense. There’s no way to scroll down far enough to reach the SAVE button. I can see it on my iPad but not on my iPhone. Create the entry but there’s no save button. Every tutorial suggests pressing the save button but it’s not there. The app asks if you want to link an credit card. Linked the credit card where I rented a car. Now every personal transaction is automatically linked as a business expense with no easy way to sort all that out. Ended up doing stuff on my laptop but then what’s the point of this app?
  • The new update ruined this app for me

This app had been very useful to me over the past couple of years. It needed a few small improvements. But after the update I may need a new program. The short cuts for invoices and estimates is no longer useful. There is no order to it. The ability to easily copy an existing estimate and using it for a new customer is no longer available. The new version feels more clunky and glitchy than it did before. Definitely not happy
  • Increasingly Frustrated By This Product, About To Shop For A New Product

This product infuriates me. I can no longer send an invoice without everything getting messed up and I can no longer deposit checks without this being messed up. I am so tired of this product and I’m about to look for a new service to be able to invoice and host my business checking savings.
