This is the stop smoking app that science built. Over 20 different, evidence-based, techniques to help you become - and stay - smoke free. See how much money you've saved, how many cigarettes you've not smoked, how long you’ve been smoke free, how much life you've regained and how your health is improving. Log your cravings, get tips on dealing with them, use the map to see where they congregate, the notes to see what patterns can be identified and the graph to see how they're decreasing. All this is free to use and entirely free of ads. If you need extra help giving up smoking our missions could be just what you need, as they’ve been proven to double your chances of quitting. No other app can promise you this. We proved the missions worked by performing a rigorous scientific experiment. As far as we know, this is the first ever randomised control trial run entirely within an app. Its success means we want to run many more and our goal is to constantly make our app more effective This is all entirely voluntary and you can download the app without taking part in the experiment. Your data will be kept anonymous and you can delete it at any time. But we really hope you do take part because everyone who does will help the quitters who follow. So do yourself a favour by quitting smoking. And do your fellow smokers a favour by helping them understand how it’s done. Weekly Subscription If you choose to subscribe you get access to all elements of the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase and subscriptions automatically renew each week unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The subscription costs 99p (or local equivalent) per week. You can manage your subscriptions in the iPhone Settings app and you can turn off auto-renew by going to your Account Settings .Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchases a subscription, where applicable. It’s a great source to turn to in moments of weakness, but it will not quit for you. Awesome tool, and it gives great advice/coaching. At the end of the day, you have to choose to quit. Good Luck!!
  • If you want to quit it costs less than a pack

I’ve only smoked for a few months but I started smoking at most 6 cigarettes a day and knew if I continued I’d be a pack a day or more smoker. I quit once before for two weeks and stress brought me back in. I’m only at 6ds today but this app helps me much more than before. It makes me aware of my smoking habits, my health, and my wallet. If you are skeptical about this app, just remember it costs less or about the same than a pack of cigarettes and It’s worth more than that.

So the app didn’t really help me stop smoking it was Chantix but it sure was helpful in knowing how my health was improving, how long it’s been being smoke free and how much money I’ve saved. Ive been inspired by a co work that she got the app and is on the road to quitting. So proud of her!
  • Great App!! 👍

I purchased the full version (One purchase of $4.99), because I was desperate to quit and have had several failures over the years. This is really helpful because it helps me cope with stressful cravings, which is what broke me every time. I'm now nearing a whole week without a smoke! With how dependent I am/was to them, it's a huge step for me. I left this review to encourage others that need that extra push. It's still hard, but with tips and missions available to distract me, it really helps. My favorite things about this app is seeing how my hours I haven't wasted smoking outside, and how much money I'll be saving a year. Over $1,200!! 😭 I'm going to save up for something... Hope this review was helpful! 🙏 please consider it if you're serious about quitting.

I have been thinking about quitting smoking on and off for the past few months and last week I finally did it. I was on the fence for a while but when I was walking to the bus stop the one morning and after walking up a slight hill I was huffing and puffing, that was the final straw. I knew at that point I was done, I was going to quit. I am 31 years old and that’s not how I wanted to feel, so after I made up my mind I smoked the last of my cigarettes and then I was done. It’s been a little over a week and I feel great! Among several other things, quitting smoking has been another stride I’ve made in taking my life back, I refuse to be controlled by anything. Quitting smoking was a lot easier than I expected, but with the Smoke Free App I’ve been able to track cravings, watch my milestones and also see how my taste and smell sensories as well as many other things have been slowly coming back. This app has been a great help for me to keep on the road to stay away from cigarettes! I would definitely recommend this app to future people who make the choice to quit smoking! Great support system! Thanks!
