Description

The easiest, fastest bill manager in the App Store. A universal app for iPhone & iPad, with multitasking on iPad. Cloud sync works across all iOS devices plus Mac with the available Mac version. If you pay bills, you need Chronicle. Here's why: A single late payment can cost you $30 or more and cause your credit score to plummet by up to 100 points. Chronicle reminds you to pay your bills, so you can just enter them, and forget about them. Plus, Chronicle syncs with the available Mac version, so you can view and pay your bills everywhere. In addition to reminding you to pay your bills, Chronicle keeps track of all your payment history, including confirmation numbers, so you always have proof of payments. New to Chronicle is the Pro version. Available as an in-app purchase, Chronicle Pro gives you access to all new features of Chronicle as they are updated. Currently available features in Chronicle Pro: Forecast View: See the future—see what will be due every month for a year in advance. Amount to Save: Stop bills from sneaking up on you. Many bills don’t repeat every month: for these bills, Chronicle will calculate how much you need to set aside each month so that you have enough to pay it when it comes due. For example, you may have an auto insurance bill of $500 that is due every 6 months. Chronicle will calculate that you need to set aside $83.33 each month in order to have enough to pay the bill each time it is due. Intelligent Estimated Amount Due: Helps you know how much will be due for bills that vary. Using the type of bill, your payment history, and the time of year, Chronicle will intelligently calculate an estimate of how much is due. For example, Chronicle will be able to learn if your electric bills are higher or lower in the winter, and estimate accordingly. Chronicle Cloud: Backup your bills to the cloud, sync across all your iOS devices, and share with a partner, spouse or business associate. Chronicle Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours prior end of the subscription. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. You may cancel or disable your subscription by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.  Chronicle Pro is subject to the terms of use shown here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/  You can find the privacy policy for Chronicle Pro here: http://chronicleapp.com/privacy-policy/

I loved this app, basic but met my needs. I’ve used it for a while and suddenly it crashed. Now I cannot even open it. It crashes instantly.

I wish it was a bit cheaper and I miss abiliities like being able to duplicate entries to set up similar payors quickly. I can't figure out how to TAG or change the ICON on multiple bills at the change time. Maybe you can't. It's frustrating to set up when you have lotsd of bills. It took me several hours across multiple days but now that I have everything entered, it appears to work well. Printing is very limited. The bill presentation is nice.
  • Best usability, best price, best performance.

I came across 'Copilot' while browsing the Apple App Awards list and was surprised Chronicle wasn't included—it's a fantastic app. When it comes to managing my finances, Chronicle has been my go-to since its launch. It's incredibly functional, especially with its Mac app sync feature that was ahead of its time. If you're seeking an intuitive and powerful money-tracking app, Chronicle is the one for you.

Love this app. Keeps me on track and is easy to use. I like the skip option for payments that are not due.

I used to use an excel sheet and had all bills listed and just went down the list to pay, but I like how chronicle makes it easier and has such a clean look. They keep track of the balance when I enter it which is great for keeping track of no interest cards you are paying off. Mostly I just like going down the list and logging my payment and hearing my little chime. Feels like a job well done haha.

This app works well, but I still for the life of me can't understand why there isn't an option to have this app open on system startup. If you ever restart your computer you'll have to open this app manually. Hopefully you don't forget to open it or you may not pay your bills on time.

This application is great and very user friendly! I’ve tried to use over 20 other applications and they ask for too much personal information. This application is very straightforward and has very good graphics. It also easy to read and follow. The reminders are colorful and bright. Very good 😊!

I used to have access to the “Bill Tracker“ app until I switched to an iPhone 14. It’s no longer available on this phone. This app is the closest I’ve come to it. I do not need anything other than the app to show me the month, what the total $ amount of bills would be for the month, if a bill got paid or is upcoming or overdue, and be able to have an ending date for a particular creditor and just repeat. I DO NOT NEED, charts, graphs, speculation etc. Just a simple online calendar like you might have on your wall at home with your notes on it. This app does not allow you to do a quick look at what the TOTAL dollar amount of your bills will be for the month every month. I had months where the amounts would vary and it was convenient to plan savings ahead of time. It also does not allow you to put an ending date on the payments. I like that the old app, below the calendar, would only show that particular month’s bills upcoming and overdue and not just continually scroll forward to show what due for only 30 days from the date you are using the app and no further. It would also automatically forward to the next day even if you had a no payment amount for a particular creditor listed(as in, no dollar amount due). This app DOES delete the particular bill that had been paid and show when due the following month only. This app will only show bills due for 30 days from the day you are using the app though you can scroll months ahead but with no bills indicated. I’m using it for now until I can find another totally free app that does what I’m used to.
  • Pay Online button/feature doesn’t work

I thought the app would be useful with this feature, but even though I’ve entered and saved URLs for my billers, the button doesn’t actually work. I like the concept of the app though.
