Didn't ask me if I wanted to continue from after the trail. It just charged my card without asking me for permission to see if I wanted to continue
  • I would like to give this app 5 stars...

I absolutely love this app & what it is all about, it’s just so frustrating that EVERYTHING is locked after the first session. You find meditations that you think are for the free version, and you take the first lesson and the rest are locked until you pay for the subscription. Just make your app cost something instead of making people think they can benefit from this without paying. The only thing you can actually do is 7 days of calm, & timed meditations. All the other meditations are locked.
  • Great app but....

You should give the option to shuffle the songs or repeat. Because if I want to use the music section to sleep I don’t want to have to move after 5 mins to put another song on :/. Please bring this with the next update.

I was very excited and interested to check this app out. Great ad spot on tv recently, and I have a lot of trouble falling asleep so I was hopeful that this would help reduce anxiety and be a quick and easy use. First thing I see when I open the app is $60/year. Immediate stress and anxiety. SIXTY DOLLARS. How much overhead does this company have? Then I explore a little bit because the app still seems awesome! Right away the home screen has things on it that are bothersome - like a suggested sleep story... which I understand some people enjoy but frankly seems weird to me. I didn’t ask for it, it was just there - with a picture of the mans face who was reading the story. Like I said, weird. STILL, the app seems like it has some really soothing sounds and was obviously dev’d by talented people. So I’m exploring more - I find tons of pages and content that frankly is confusing and literally INDUCES anxiety and stress (the presentation/amount/navigation of content, not the content itself). I deleted this app immediately. There’s absolutely no way I’m paying $60 for it. There are other apps that do all of these things and they’re absolutely free. Honestly if developers or employees or execs are reading this, I’m seriously sorry to be so scathing (this is obviously a high quality product) but.. this app is NOT for people who want to soothe their anxiety or sleeping habits - it seems to me like it’s for people who live/want a certain lifestyle. Good for you (truly) for making an intricate platform for mindfulness and also making a buck, but you need to know everything that Im saying. I would STRONGLY prefer to see ads in this app as your revenue stream rather than being charged sixty nonsense dollars for a service that has the word “premium” slapped onto it. I’m gonna open podcasts now and listen to a babbling brook for no dollars. (Or sleep stories, or guided meditation, or zen environments, etc, etc, etc)

The app seems to be great. The problem is I never make it through a full story. There are a few male voices that just kind of drone on and put you right into a happy place. That $50/year is way too expensive. No app should cost that unless it’s attached to your body and can do life saving measures until a doctor can see you.

Helps my kids and I naturally sleep. Taught them meditation. We use it every day several times. My 3 year old asks me for a sleep story nightly and my 11 year old loves to use it for calming meditation. ❤️
  • Great content in a decent app

The content provided by the app is first rate. The developer provides a steady stream of updates. Deducted one star because the app yanks the user out of the presence at the conclusion of a meditation: The streak reporting shows you the past in order to influence the future. Deducted a second star because I cannot opt out of the streak reporting. The manipulation of the user by software should always be opt in.
  • It’s the Developer bugging the app?

This is a beautiful app. But, is the developer creating bugs in the app? This app played absolutely beautiful until I reached the end of the 7 day trial. On that very day, I woke up to find that my payment cleared but I couldn’t play the app. Then it fixed. But a week later, like today, another bug such as stopping play when my iPhone 8 comes to rest. This absolutely never happened previously. And based on the very simple functionality of the app which is play and listen, these bugs shouldn’t occur unless the programmer is messing with the programming. Otherwise, this is a BEAUTIFUL and very Useful app!
  • Started out great, but...

Started out great but now they are charging 60 bucks to listen to new meditations. I’ll buy a book on Buddhism and pass. Very disappointed. I just feel kind of ripped off after subscribing for over a year and then not being able to access new sessions. Not a great feeling. Stressful in fact. Which for a meditation website is a problem.
