    As far as I can tell Appxy no longer supports this app. I tried upgrading but cannot get the app to send me the email to change my password. I tried to contact Appxy through the Apple website, but this app does not even appear as a choice to contact them about. The app is useless to me now. I did get the $14.99 (premium upgrade so I could add more than 2 clients) back from Apple which was surprisingly easy! But now I cannot access 2 years of my hours data even tho I backed it up to my computer, but since I can only restore it to the app.... ☹️. My advice is to back up your data in a csv file so you can at least see it in a spreadsheet in case of a problem.

    I’ve been using this app for a while but since I changed my phone I couldn’t installed it again. I’ve sent four emails asking for help and got no responses which is sad since I paid for the app.
  • Issues switching phones

    I used this app to keep track of hours and pay like designed. I was happy with it until... I had recently switched phones and didn’t remember my password. I put in the email assigned to the log in and pressed forgot password. It says it had sent an email and to follow the instruction, but the email has never ever shown up. What gives?? Also, where is the tech support to help with these issues instead of writing a review that will probably never receive a response. I think it might be time to find a new app!!

    I’ve been using the free version with ads for a while. Never had to sign in or create a profile before. I decided to pay for the premium so I didn’t have a client minimum. Payed for the lifetime no ad upgrade, 30 bucks I believe, and nothing happened. Charged my card but ads still there and can’t add more clients. So I created a profile in the app, and now my clients and hours are gone and I still have ads and can’t have more than two clients. I emailed support and haven’t heard anything back.

    It worked fine until I had to get a new phone. Pretty sure I'm putting in the right password but it won't accept it. Try resetting it but the emails it supposedly sends never get to my email (spam either). Tried setting up as a new account but my email already exists
  • Great Until Last Update

    This app was great until they did the last update. Now it’s so slow I hate using it and downloaded a different one that doesn’t take forever to open or to switch jobs on. Very disappointed

    used this app for several years and loved it. It was intuitive and easy to use. When the upgrade 3.5 happened in December 2018 there was no notice or warning that ALL my data it would be deleted. I’ll choose another app.
  • I paid for this app once before and now I apparently need to starting paying a premium fee?

    I paid for this app just over a year and a half ago and now after an update that added ads, I’m expected to start paying a premium yearly fee? No thank you. I’ll be switch away soon enough.
