Awesome app. Been using it for 4 years now. A great tool to have in the toolbox to motivate a quick workout. I mix in sit-ups while resting between sets.

Honestly, it’s not a complex app - but if you looking for a progression based toll that will keep you motivated and accountable - this is it. Upgrade is worth it.

This app is fantastic. Makes working out something to look forward to. It has Apple Music already built in, would be nice if it also had Spotify built in (then it would be a perfect 5 stars). Otherwise great app, highly recommended!

It’s better than other apps I’ve used because it kind of gamifies things but it’s still really simple though which is most important to me. You don’t need to give allowances for the sound to work unless you want it to.
