  • No Technical Difficulties

    I’ve read that other players have issues with the technical aspect of the game. I have not had a problem with any of that. My biggest problem with this game is that there’s no way to win the big prizes, they make it impossible to meet the goals…unless you’re willing to spend real money. I enjoy rearranging all the things in my kingdom and when I can, I spend a little to of my own money to get the things I need…

    I like the game, but rarely finish a goal. I play everyday, don’t spend a lot of money, but still can’t finish in the time allotted. I get close and play every new Friday release. ALSO, I would love to clear some expansion collections. When I started playing I would checkout all the requirements for expansion and tap on those to see how many items I had in storage. NOW, a couple years later, those items are locked up in the specific land expansion! Let the items, goods, etc. FREE! I need them!

    Yes it would be nice if you would please give enough time to finish the task 8 to 11 days isn’t enough I’ve been playing this game for several years and this is the first time I have complained about this game I’m 68 years old and I play this one and another game thank you for your time karen akers

    I really enjoy this games but there really should be more energy! The energy given is way too little to play with as you increase your land and levels. Your level and kingdom increase so should your energy level!you purchase all these extras that are too much gold to buy in the first place and they give you 5,6 energy max it’s not worth spending all that $$ buying golds purchase these stuff that give very little energy. There should be more time given to complete the timed quests. We have lives and work this is suppose to be fun and a way to relax. I really love this game very enjoyable but please make it so we have more energy and I’ll give it a 5 star rating Thank you

    I have had this game a long time. Yes like all games there are times it has its issues and if app support knows about them they will fix it. Sometimes one is not able to get in the game to give them the information they require. At this time I am not able to get in at all. The only way I can let them know is doing things this way. I have cleared the cache. Turned off the iPad for a few minutes and then turned it back on. Checked for updates on iPad and app. I don’t know what else to do. I would like to continue to play this great game.

    I’m the person that doesn’t like to spend money on games so of course some things take longer for me to complete but my only real complaint is that when I’m trying to visit neighbors the app keeps slowing down and then closing after about 3 or 4 visits. It gets pretty annoying when I’m trying to visit like 50 neighbors.

    I really like this game. However it’s very difficult to get a quest completed before several more pop up. I do wish it didn’t bombard the players with so many quests. Just can’t catch up. But nevertheless I really like it.

    Support is rude and often dismissive. They have a forum, but censor any comments they don’t like. The games used to be fun, but now the only focus seems to be forcing players to purchase gems. They say you can finish events w/o purchasing gems, but unless this game is a part time job, that’s not even true anymore.

    Game constantly takes my progress away and resets even when I purchase the boosts for 25 gems the timer doesn’t stop. I lose everything! Fix this already! When Teamlava ran the show we never had any problems!
