    Used the app for years and now it won’t open. Error message says something like: error, car care not available in your area. I would give 4 stars when it’s working.

    Not sure what is wrong with this app. It only works with VPN and if you connect without VPN you get an error screen and it logs you out of your account. There is no way to request support within the app so i can only leave negative review to hopefully get this app fixed. Crazy an app that only works over VPN.

    The rat race these days has our head spinning, it’s nice to know that CarFax takes away one more thing in our schedule. It follows the cars schedule and gives a nice handy reminder once service are due. Participating shops enter the service for you in case you do not.

    This is a good app for maintaining records and services. I like the fuel tracking feature. I would really love to see an added feature of having a second set of tires. (If someone has a winter set and a summer set). This would allow a user to show when they switched sets and then later on can switch back. Currently there is no way to designate this and you have to add a brand new set of tires. This doesn’t help with tracking miles and such. If that feature comes out then definitely 5 stars.

    If the team behind this app could design a good UI it would be much better. Right now the UI is just awful, worse that a 20yr old car with a screen. Ex. I got my tires rotated 2 months ago by a shop. It automatically shows on the app that they did rotate my tires. But the app still says on the homepage “you should rotate your tires soon!”. Or, winter tires. Why is this not an option? I want to show that i have a set of winters that I put on, but the app only lets you say you brought brand new tires.
