    I tried to order Bead and Button online but kept getting errors to red items that do not exist. So this was a pleasant surprise and yet I can no log onto purchase anything but have the app. It is useless!

    I have subscribed since 2013..... worse update. I can’t open the latest magazine October without user ID or password. I can’t get it to open, very disappointed. There is no help option.

    I have subscribed forever and just love this magazine. It always has the most interesting projects to work on. I have seen so many of them too on my friends. The interface is great on my iPad. I had a problem last year, the editor promptly acted on it and the staff fixed it right up. I think they are great over there.

  • Cannot download issues with subscription

    I’ve subscribed to the magazine for three years. After the latest iOS update, I could not download issues. An update to the app was dropped and I installed it, but I continue to have this problem. I notified support for the app. They told me to uninstall, then reinstall. Still didn’t work. They bumped the problem to the development team who, in two weeks, have not responded. I contacted support again and got the same fix they recommended two weeks ago - uninstall/reinstall. Still didn’t work. Still waiting to hear from the development team. As this seems to be a continuing problem, judging from the reviews here, I’m on the verge of cancelling my subscription. It’s a shame, because it’s a good magazine.

    Update: Jan 14.2018.........I still have not heard back from anyone at this magazine as to why the app is asking me to pay for new issues when I have a subscription that expires Aug 2018! I finally fixed the issue myself where my old issues disappeared. I do not understand why there is no way to get help with the app other than a review and even in the review no one responds. Fix this or I will need my money back. Previous review: I had several years worth of issues on my iPad and iPhone. I open the app today and see there was update. Now all my issues are gone. I took the steps it says to restore my issues and still nothing. I deleted the app, reinstalled and still nothing. How do I get this fixed??
