  • Solid!

Super handy and easy...great little visual encyclopedia
  • Workout Routines are a joke

    By PastorFrank
Sorry but no one is going to go up a “shirt size” by doing 1 set 6 reps on all their exercises.
  • Needs an iPhone X update!

    By Rookdood
The app is a bit outdated and would surely benefit from an update for iPhone X users.
  • Pretty good

    By TheCrazyAssDog123
This app is good for beginners, as it offers programs, and a video to ensure you do the proper form as well as perform the exercise! I just wish they tell you what to eat and what not to do.
  • CRAP!!!!!

    By steenburgensteinstern
I don’t know why the “developers” refuse to acknowledge or address is TERRIBLE performance. On an iPhone X, it takes FOREVER to load, freezes constantly and crashes frequently. There really is no excuse for such a terribly written program when the original was good.
  • Apple Watch?

    By WILCOroger
Used this app a bunch of times now. I find it useful and easy to use. You can make your own workout programs. The biggest glaring omission is Apple Watch support. I don’t like carrying my phone around the gym. I’d be very nice to be able to add my reps and weight with the Watch so I could leave my phone behind.
  • Yo I love it

I really like the app but I would like some changes to the app! 1. OPTION FOR TEENAGERS- i am 14 and I don’t know what workouts are good for my developing muscles, PLEASE INCORPORATE THIS!!!! 2 Notification Reminder- just in case we forget to workout or something 3. Apple Watch compatibility 4. A widget on the very left screen of the iPhone, this would be cool Other than this, this app is a banger. I will change my star rating if my suggestions are taken into consideration. Overall, must have!
  • Legacy project

    By Planetann
Orphaned app that over promises and under delivers and now not much more than an inventory. Another victim of mobile hype.
  • Worthless

I can find pictures of workouts for free as that is all this app is.
