  • Good workouts, terrible music

    By Sean Bugg
I liked the workouts when I subscribed, except for the lack of HIIT elliptical routines. The primary reason I cancelled was the inability to use my own music (or podcasts or audiobooks); the music stations offered were pretty terrible (to my tastes) and it just seems weird that any app these days would lock you out of using your Apple Music playlists, etc. If that changes I’d certainly give it another go, but otherwise nope.
  • Can’t login

    By Jxjdkdn
I tried to login to the app and It would not allow me to do so. I changed my password just to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong and it still said failed. Improvements are needed so all user can successfully login
  • Can’t use it

    By Tabinlovewithninjawarrior
I have tried logging in using my Fitbit account, to no avail. I even changed my password in hopes that somehow I’d been typing it in wrong. I am able to log into Fitbit without a problem, but when I try to use that same information to log in to this app, it says unable to validate.
  • Unable to log in

    By Hammer San
Unable to log in. The password & user name works with the Fitbit app but not with this one. I’ve tried resetting the password and nothing seems to work.
  • Email only support - Buyer Beware

    By Beatlebill
As stellar as Fitbit’s support is supposed to be, the team that supports this app can only be reached electronically. I had multiple issues with this app crashing and other audio bugs. I need a workout program I can depend on and this is not it.
  • Terrible

    By 👩🏻‍🚀🧛🏿‍♂️🧙‍♂️
I’ve been completely ripped off. After paying to upgrade to the “premium” service, the app will not unlock any of the “premium” workouts. I’ve reinstalled, etc., etc... but to no avail. And I can’t get a refund because I hit the dead wall of app customer service. Planning to return my Fitbit. Total waste of time.
  • Premium doesn’t give you anything

    By ShadOGuardian
Paid $40 for the yearly premium subscription. App says thanks for unlocking premium so it knows that I paid. Tried to select workout. Most of them are still locked and they say to upgrade to premium. Fail.
  • Horrible

    By InnerBeastGaming
One ONE workout available, then EVERYTHING IS PAYED FOR DAILY, FOR A PREMIUM. What else? You already have paid at least 100 dollars for your Fitbit in the first place
  • Crashing all the time?

    By EthansAbe
What happened? This app used to be awesome! I have used it for the last year, at least 4-6 times a week. It’s been so nice. However in the last week it’s crashed in the middle of my workouts. So I just updated it and restarted my phone. Now? It won’t even open up a workout!! What did you do? Please fix!
  • Use experience could improve ...

    By iSeeTheSun
    1. On one workout, the music volume is way lower than the voiceover. You can turn the music up, but the voiceover will hurt your eardrums when it continues. 2. On one other workout the voice over and the music alternate. This is very distracting when you’re experiencing the flow, when you’re really into your workout. 3. Did not see an option to play my own music. I’d like to listen to tracks that get me pumped. Come on, good customer service = personalization and options. But hey, they gotta justify the price somehow. 4. Painfully cheesy commentary. If you can’t be authentic, just stick to the program. 5. Most pictures showcase females, which is great, but at first it was unclear whether the workouts were for men also. Overall this is a great concept, and I’ll consider subscribing again after the app is more aligned with my needs/preferences. In the meantime I’ll search for alternatives where I can focus less on the app and more on the solution—effective workout. Best of luck guys!
