Description

---------- Apple iOS 9 Beta Notice (7/3) ---------- This is an important notice for players of SQUARE ENIX games on the iOS platform.   Apple has officially announced the release of its iOS 9 Beta.   However, since our apps are not compatible with the iOS 9 Beta at this time, we regret we are unable to provide customer support for any trouble arising from installation of this OS (including, but not limited to, data recovery or undelivered in-game currencies). ======================================= ・In the free version, you can play on the "Shell Isle" map! ・More than 11 other maps are available via DLC! ・Screen alignment can be vertical or horizontal. See and play the game the way you like! ======================================= "FORTUNE STREET SMART" is a board game that is played using dice. The rules of the game are very simple. The player who makes the most money, wins. Players can make money by buying shops and expanding them, or buy and sell stocks wisely and hope that you'll hit it big. The deep, strategic gameplay is highly addictive, and provides for hours of entertainment! Basic Rules 1. Roll the die. 2. Buy shops that you land on, and receive money from other players who subsequently "visit." 3. Collect the four suits (spade, etc.) on the game board, and receive a "salary." 4. "Invest" in your shops to make them bigger! 5. Buy all the shops in given area of the map to "dominate" that area! 6. Looking to get rich quick? Learn how to buy and sell stocks in the game! ====================================== ■Reception in Japan Since it was first released in 1991, FORTUNE STREET has been a staple of the board game genre in Japan, and now boasts over nine incarnations. Designed by Dragon Quest creator Yuji Horii, FORTUNE STREET enjoys a strong following among Japanese users. The key to success in this game is to observe your opponents' moves carefully, and use them as a guide to formulate your own game strategy! ■Free Version You can download the free version for free, and play the game on the "Shell Isle" map unlimited times. The Free version also has a built-in tutorial that will teach new players, step-by-step, how to play the game. ■About the Full Version Full version $4.99 Maps: 5 total Moon City, Antarctica, Cloverland, Hemisphere *Shell Isle will still be available in the full version. I’ve been playing this game for almost 4 years and just now realized it works with iOS 11. Originally I assumed it didn’t, but when I was scrolling through my purchases I saw the download icon was available. This works on iOS 11! Anyways, like what must people are saying, the game is a blend of monopoly mixed with some cheery joyful humor and dialogue. If you prefer to speed up the game without dialogue, then there’s a option to turn off. The game is fun and challenging, but not going to lie that I feel the computer tries to screw me in dice rolls sometimes. That aside I say the game is worth the look for that’s how I first played, then bought the full game. I also purchased a few DLC’s and while they’re bit pricey, overall I say it’s worth it. Yes people there is multiplayer. Not going to lie, I love the game 👍🏾
  • Great game but one thing...

I love the game and how there's multiplayer, but unless I'm mistaken it doesn't look like you can play as the opponents. I only have the free version so correct me if I'm wrong about the full version. I really enjoyed the Wii one and how in Multiplayer you could play as Mario, Slime and all of them but is that feature here too? In the free version no but the full version maybe...

This is a great game that I love but I noticed after winning about 10 games the dice began to give me worse and worse roles and all of the cpus where getting so lucky it wasn't fair. Then I tested it with 2 real people me and my friend and we got creamed. This is a good game but it slowly gets more and more rigged and makes the odds less in your favor.
  • Luv it

Prior to downloading, I read every review carefully and was sad to hear it was apparently missing a key feature. However, that key feature is already there. Start up a game and as you select the computers to play, look at the bottom left corner and there is a button titled guest. Each guest can be a boy or girl and individually named and controlled. There lies the feature that everyone is complaining is not there.

Removed what made it fun, Multiplayer. Plus the digital die is weighted.
  • Missing a key feature

The game runs really well but is missing one of the biggest features, the ability to play with friends. It has no way, i.e. pass-and-play, local wireless, or online, to enjoy the game with another human player. Other than that it is a great game, five stars if they add multiplayer.
  • Great game!

Okay, I was at first intimidated by Fortune Street when a game like that came out for the Wii and critics said it was extremely confusing (so I thought this would be too). But after a few rounds it's actually pretty easy to understand and a fun alternative take on Monopoly. You can buy properties and opponents have to pay you if they land on them just like Monopoly, but you can gain the opportunity to "invest" in those properties and make them cost more, buy out properties from under people, buy stock in areas to make even more money. Then you have "Venture" cards, kinda like Chance and Community Chest, where they can either help or hurt your gameplay. Playing unlocks more maps and opponents, and the DLC is nice. It's pretty fun, definitely worth the download.

I love it yet I want to play as Mario and Dragon Quest characters just like the Wii version. Also I want some online multiplayer.
