    Tickets sent to mlb app, could not get because app wants to update however my phone won’t let me. Had to buy extra tickets at venue. Other tickets are unable to be used.

    Too many connections between MLB Ticketmaster and other apps so I bought tickets and can see them in MLB but ticket master says I have no purchased tickets. Having to sign in and out with several accounts to find what should be easy to use. They should go back to PrintAtHome!

    This app and MLBs new e ticket only thing has single handedly turned me off to MLB. Requires a degree just to access your ticket. Can’t imagine the twenty something who thought this was a good idea

    When i click on my tickets, it asks me to sign into ticketmaster but keeps showing “error try again later”
