I have used many tools for managing tasks and to-do's and find Nozbe to be the best. Easy to use and exremely powerful with features. Highly recommend giving it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Super sad to see Wunderlist go away. I tried MSFT ToDo and I could not do it. Found Nozbe and never looked back. Love the app. Customer service is prompt and accurate in their replies. Keep it up and don't sell to MSFT, ok? :-)

I can't believe I've run a business without this program for so many years. This is the perfect combinatino of simplicity, functionality and ease of use that I've been looking for. I am able to manage complex, multi-part projects with my team and even use the program to file share and avoid email and DropBox completley. This program is simply outstanding. Once you get in the swing of things, which happens very fast, you will LOVE it. Huge win. Upgrading from trial to paid for sure.

We feel this has weeded out almost all of the problems we have been experiencing at work. Our email is clean and everyone loves the way this is working... One star short for something that could be easily fixed. There is no badge aleart on the phone app when someone mentions you or when a new project has been shared, or even when something is due. The Computer app only has a badge alearts when something is a priority.... This is surely an easy fix in the next update! Tell me it is!
  • Can't live without it

I have subscribed to David Allen's GTD for several years and this is BY FAR the best application, in particular because the UI is consistent across Windows, Linux, Mac and Web. (Given that I spend considerable time on Linux, this consistencey is critical for me.)
  • Great GTD cross platform app that can be shared with a team

It’s a little pricey especially when you use it with a team, but it’s a great app. It’s easily the app i use more than any other. One huge frustration is the time that it takes for the mobile app to sync. By the time it finishes (sometimes over a minute) I’ve either forgotten what I was going to put down, or I put something down (like a new password) without realizing that it’s still syncing and it disappears, lost forever. This is a flaw that needs to be fixed ASAP. It’s the major thing keeping me from being a raving fan.
  • I would have used it, but way over-priced

I can’t justify 300/mo for 30 users. I see some great stuff here, but not enough features to justify this cost.

I have been using this application for over a year and it is the best I’ve found to implement the GTD method. Very intuitive and easy to use, reliable and syncs perfectly well among all my devices. I couldn’t recommend anything better!!!
  • Good service app, a bit overpriced

This is a great service. Hands down better than Asana, Toodledo, and all the others. It’s got apps on all platforms and the boss and company are extremely responsive. The problem is the price. For one individual user, we’d be willing to pay, but it should be priced at about $30 USD in that case. They give you two users for $78 USD if you pay annually. They also do a very good job with keeping the app up to day and promoting the GTD (getting things done) concept of task management.
  • I love it, but the search..

Noze is great for my compulsive calendaring, color-coding, and tagging needs. It’s so right in *nearly* every way… except the search function. Why. Why is it so bad? I cannot find notes I wrote about a task, whether it’s completed or yet to be done. This makes it tenuous for me to use for important projects where I need to be able to pull up past context, fast; and it makes it impossible for me to recommend to the folk I work with. Please fix!
