    This is an amazing campground. We stayed here for the eclipse on April 8. Bonus feature was the wildflowers were at their peak. The trails are fun and they have easy ones for those who are unable to cover a long distance, all with amazing views. The staff and store personnel were very accommodating and friendly. Special kudos to Nola for helping us with our reservations, as we had several campsites and cabins we had reserved for family and friends. She patiently attended to all of them for us over the phone so that everyone had a quick check in when they arrived. The restrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. I can’t say enough good things about the park.

    It’s very difficult to use, and changes are expensive. We try to avoid camping places that use this app.

    I have booked in several States using this company. Confused as to passwords used for each state….does each State require separate passwords….

    User interface needs help. While the reservation process is flawless (we’ve never had a site conflict) the UI is clunky. Inconsistent design makes using the application difficult. Entry of some items due to soft keyboard oddities a problem. Have to wait for the cart to time out to retry when UI goes goofy.

    I like the camping area nice showers and facilities, however we stayed and payed for a primitive camping area but we were told we couldn’t use the showers, I figured I paid almost 100$ for a camping area i should be able to take a shower especially if I can show my reservation # and where I paid Reserve America.

  • iPad will not change to landscape mode

    I can not change this app to orient in landscape mode when my iPad is horizontal. I use my iPad in a keyboard case so it’s always horizontal, but this is the only app that will not change for how I use it. Please correct this. Thank you.

    Scam site takes you to acessmediaportal.com. Free to join up, but then it enrolls you in some media site that costs $1.99 for a five day preview, $4.99 / month thereafter n no way to cancel.

    They really need to try harder at website basic functions. Pretty sure a drunk 3rd grader could build a better functioning website.
