    So I am new to this app but have been using enough to see its benefits. Tracking food, exercise and water all in the same place is great. The community is friendly, supportive and helpful. I like the extras that I don’t have to pay for.

  • Where is the synch.?

    I like the app but why does it not. Synch between the two. I have it on my pad and on my iPhone. I record it on one and it does not synch the input.

    This app makes it so easy to keep track of calories as well as activity. It definitely a good way to see what you’re eating. I highly recommend.
  • Works well, especially if gold

    Password reset issues have been resolved and this is now my preferred tracking app. The features at gold level membership can be very useful for active athletes, as several friends of mine can attest. I’m a more casual user, so I’m not entirely sure the cost is worth it for me. I’m still going to give the gold level a try, though.

  • Disappointed, can’t trust iPhone version

    Doesn’t give full info on my iPhone. One example: when I looked up egg on my eye iPhone the nutritional value for cholesterol count said 0. This misinformation could be dangerous if one has high cholesterol and it was some other food that is not so obviously wrong. On the computer app it had right info 186.5. That is quite a difference. On foods I’m not familiar with their specific nutritional info I can not trust this app. How unfortunate. Hope you fix this, it could be dangerous.

    I prefer this app over similar food tracking apps because it allows me more control over what I want to track. I use it to keep my fats, protein, and carbs at specific levels. I only use the calorie guide as a ballpark. There are lots of foods listed and the best thing is you can add a food yourself and save it or just scan the barcode!
