  • Unauthorized charges not worth $1

I was looking for a good educational app to work on basics of colors, numbers, etc with my 2 year old twins. I never authorized a subscription and was charged $64.99. We rarely use this because it’s not that great. When I tried to contact the company you can only find an email and I’ve never heard a response. Warning don’t download...not worth it!!!

I have already spent a week trying to just set up a account for the free trial to see if my son likes it (which the account still isn’t set up yet regardless of emailing the support team for help) then reading the most recent reviews it appears he wouldn’t be able to try the app anyways without us having to be charged to see if he even likes it. If you’re wanting to help kids learn/love to learn then you really should consider making the trial have access to what it would with the subscription and easier to set up an account. I’ll be removing this app and not bothering any further with trying to get it set up since clearly it’s a headache once inside the app anyways as well :/

If it is going to be a very expensive app do not market it as free but then have fine print that says it will automatically charge you $60! It better not charge my iTunes anything because I immediately deleted the app after finding this out! I am disappointed with how shady people are these days!
  • Unathorized Purchase

I had it on my phone for less than five minutes and deleted it after I realized you needed a subscription to access any content after downloading the free app. I did not authorize any subscription purchase! Now I have an unauthorized purchase on my credit card. Do NOT download this app.

I don’t like how it makes you give your personal info then Tells you you can only trial activities by agreeing to a subscription. Other reviews note how difficult it is to cancel subscription after trialing. I feel it’s set up more to get your personal info and to part you from your money than anything else.
  • Requires a subscription to use

The "free" download is a bit misleading, as users must commit to a trial and later pay a subscription fee to use the app.

My 3 year old daughter loves apps like Starfall and ABC Mouse. I thought I’d give this one a try. But, it was hard to navigate and the dialect and accents kept changing. Even I had to stop and wait until the instruction was repeated at times. And, personally, I felt like I was pressuring her to get it right knowing that there was a score at the end. There shouldn’t be any pressure, just praise. Scoring isn’t necessary at this age. For now, I just want her to love learning.
  • Subscription Only?

I really don’t like committing to a subscribing to a full year when the kids can’t play freely and try the trial without giving you all of my info. So I gues I won’t find out if it’s a good app. Sorry.

So far, We like the majority of the app. Some of the chosen wording for certain items are too difficult for a three year old. When working on the heart puzzle, it did not let them finish, so that was disappointing for a young one. During the flash card / word match, (A card flashes up and a voice will give either the correct or incorrect word), I cannot understand what the voice is saying at times. And the word is so similar to the correct, a three to four year old may not understand. I.e.— gog for dog or cack for cat. When your using from a phone it’s not the best word selection. And for young ones, it’s so close to the actual word.
