    Update: I still love this app. I love Andy. It's the only app I pay for and it's more than 100% worth it. I love the minis! I love the singles! I love how much new stuff gets added. There is always something that's perfect for my mood or whatever I'm going through. Any time of the day. I need a 30 day session on sexuality/intimacy THANK YOU FOR THE GRIEF Pack. I need a pack for fear. How to overcome fear's crippling force and losen it's power and control over our decisions. Thanks for all your hard work!!

    Often times I do not know how to relax. I want to just keep studying and I put my strain on my brain and eyes. By the end my whole body is wiped out. Doing this daily meditation has lessened my headaches and has reminded me to not fight my thoughts but observe them and my surroundings. I am very grateful for this app.

    I was always so skeptical of meditation, but I saw a video recently and started practicing to improve my sleep condition. I was recently pointed to this app and it is making the process even more pleasant. The voice and approach are so friendly that I leave one section already think on the next one.

    Everyday we have millions of different thoughts race through our heads. This app does an amazing job at making me realize that sometimes I don’t have control over what I’m thinking about but that it is ok! Coming back to your breath is something I learned first while doing yoga, but I’ve been able to apply it to the rest of my life as well. Whenever we get caught up in a moment and don’t know what to do just remember to breath. The slower the pace we breath the more relaxed we can feel. I just want to say thank you to whoever invented this app! Hats off to you!

    I downloaded this app back in August, 2017 and rarely used it. In December, 2017 I purchased the annual subscription and used it occasionally, never really feeling like I was gaining anything from it. Due to a series of events in my life I decided at the beginning of March, 2018 to devote time to meditation every day. For the past 20 days I have spent 5 to 10 minutes in meditation using headspace. The changes I’m experiencing are unbelievable. Where there was impatience I find that I’m able to be still and just enjoy life, where there was anger and frustration I am beginning to identify the feeling and let it pass into peace and understanding. I’m finding life easier to accept as it is not as I want it to be. I’m learning to let go of the people, things and situations that I find disturbing and I’m able to let them be as they are at this moment. Peace and serenity are becoming mainstays in my emotional condition which, to say the least, is a monumental shift in only 20 days of practice. If you are considering adding meditation to your daily routine, don’t over think this. Get started with headspace. I want you to experience what is happening in my life for yourself.
