  • Buggy and keeps crashing

    By Pure-energy
For the last year and a half, PaperlessPost has become progressively less usable. Simply typing text is fraught with bugs, for instance most times you can’t actually see text while you’re editing and you can’t easily control where in the text you’re editing. Biggest issue, however, is how many times it crashes. Then there are also just dumb misses, like not being able to read or respond to messages from guests through the iPad app. I switched to PaperlessPost because I had trouble with invitations I created on Evite before daylight savings time for events that took place after it. Evite changed the event start and end times — totally wrecked a kid’s birthday party. Trouble is, PaperlessPost takes forever to use because it’s so buggy. Biggest disappointment: I paid for bulk credits and still have plenty. Still I don’t have time to mess with this product. Developers, when are you going to fix this?
  • Pretty good app

    By emilyghammond
Mostly happy with the app- however, you can’t view the comments someone is posting on your event page on the app which is frustrating.
  • Totally in love with this app

    By Drake b
This is by far the most customizable app on the market. You can fully customize your invite with movable gifs and the set designs they have are way more interesting than any other app. I even had an issue accidentally deleting the invite I had sent out and their customer service helped me retrieve it so I didn’t have to remake it!
  • Hardly works

    Fix your app
  • Buggy but cute

    By Alliemax
I keep using it, but I wish it wouldn’t force close and have moments where the screen goes crazy jumping.
  • Unusable

Great looking cards but the app crashes about 30 seconds after opening it. Beyond frustrating!! Wish it didn’t crash so often, because it looks like they have really nice options for invites and I would’ve loved to use them, but after 20+ attempts I gave up.
  • Can’t even log in to app anymore

    By Trippin out in DC
My username/email and password are correct because I’m logging in on my desktop no problem, but it just doesn’t log in on the app
  • Always disconnects

    By ejcoop
The app continues to disconnect / log me off and the. Doesn’t let me back in. It is really frustrating and has been going on for a long time.
  • So many bugs

    By Worried Mama
What should take five minutes takes about two hours. I upload a photo, it disappears, I can’t access my address book, I can’t move on to the next page. Supremely frustrating.
  • Can’t message host on iPhone

    By Joan of DC
App seems buggy — I cant message the host through the iPhone app; I have to actually use the web version. Oddly, I can see my question and the response to it in the app, but I can’t draft the message to the host in the app. Frustrating experience.
