Rated 5 stars by thousands of users. Results from StrongLifters... • Used for 3 months! Excellent results 285lb squat! • I've gained 8 pounds of muscle in 3 months. • After 12 weeks I'm now aiming for the 300lb squat and getting my bench above 220lb. • In 3 weeks my squat has gone up by 45lb. It's an exercise I've struggled with in the past, but now it's one of my favourites. • Being middle aged, overweight and never lifted weight this was what I needed. I am gaining muscle and strength, losing inches on the waist and squatted 220lb for the first time. I am more than happy. Here’s how to get started with StrongLifts 1. Enter your best lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift,…), or start as a complete beginner 2. Watch how we calculate your optimal starting weights for each exercise 3. Get motivated by how much we predict you’ll be lifting in 12 weeks 4. Follow the workout plan, and build strength and muscle! Stop wasting time in the gym, and start getting results. • Great app But......

    By Smokeum79
Love the app except for the assistance work screen. It is so small you can not read it. Have reinstalled the app with no change. I have tried to contact support but have heard nothing from them in a month.
  • MUST REAS before downloading!

    By mr_grimmr
Back then this app was completely free then it came with the one time purchase of $10. Now your asking for more monthly although its old users already had that option going for us? Developer is very greedy! There are other apps with free stronglifts tracking. DONT BE FOOLED HERE
  • Not tracking lifts correctly

    By Canubeermenow?
Something is not working right. Doesn’t seem to record what I actually did, just today ended up doing all the same weights as my last “a” workout when I didn’t fail any lifts last time. Not first time I’ve seen it do weird things with the weights. Other wise good app. Customer support is really good. Haven’t had this issue pop up again, only been a few weeks using it.
  • Pricing model

    By ballinbige
App is buggy at times and the pricing model is difficult to understand
  • “Upgrades” overpriced

    By RayInNoIL
I used to have this app on my phone, but deleted it due to issues. I saw that there were bug fixes and additions, so I reinstalled it. I have to agree that replacing a simple In-App purchase to add on some extras with an insane $99.99 upgrade, or an over-priced monthly subscription ruins the app. The only reason I downloaded the app was for the in-built warm-up calculator. That was the only thing that was problematic on a spreadsheet. I’d pay a few $ for the warm-up calculator, but not $99.99 or $48/year. Deleting the app — again.
  • Just Do It!

    By Andrew.lowe1
No excuses left. The app is free and the work out is super easy to follow. Probably need to buy yourself some 2.5lb plates as most gyms end up not having any.
  • Best lifting app

Thanks for the update! Looking forward to new updates!
  • Option to buy

    By 2ndAmendmentIke
Only issue is I can’t buy the pro app. I don’t want a subscription. I’d pay upfront if I had the option.
  • Very Buggy

    By 69moonmouse
Before I went Pro I had about 3-4 weeks of saved workouts. Went pro and it deleted everything(?). I’m constantly* having to resubmit my assurance exercises, I’ll get the same Workout A twice in a row with no way of changing without uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, having to sign back in, then out ALL the information back in because for some reason it doesn’t remember even when I have a Pro account. Please fix these bugs, Mehdi. Even when working out I can’t focus cause it’s filled with so many bugs that often times I’m stuck trying to resubmit my weights into my workout plan and having to plug in my information again. Or it goes BACKWARDS in weight. Which doesn’t make any sense. So many bugs but unfortunately this is the only workout app I like to use.
  • Doesn’t meet my needs

    By Georgmia
I tried the app looking for a simple way to log my routines at the gym. “Strong lifts” is confusing and difficult to use, you can’t enter your own exercises, it has a weird system of supposedly “proven”routines that seems surprisingly limited, repetitive, and basically, dumb. I’m canceling my subscription and recommend that you search for anything else
