    It does the calculations for you. Tweaking the weights as you go is easy but mostly you can just do the work.

    I’ve had the Premium subscription for a couple years now and I’ve loved it. I can track my history, do 5x5, Madcow, or any custom workout I build and it’s one less thing I need to think about with my workout. Seamless Apple Watch interface and functionality. You won’t regret getting it!
