    I purchased a digital subscription and have no idea how to access it. I entered my password but it still wants to charge me for a magazine???
  • Can’t Get content

    I bought a digital subscription, but it won’t even let me log in. It just keeps saying that the content is in the wrong format. What does that even mean?? And, yes, I have updated my iOS. So frustrated!

  • App won’t work

    I downloaded my July issue ( I’m behind on my reading) and once downloaded it won’t go past the cover. Tried a few things and it still won’t work. Pls help!
  • Slow, almost unusable

    The last couple months this app to read Good Housekeeping is so slow. Needs to load each page as you get there even when going back. So many ad pages to wait for and some never load at all. Whatever change was made, please go back to previous app for reading.

    The previous version was great! This app has ruined my digital magazine experience! Writing to them about it was another horrible experience with having to repeat myself to them over and over about the app problems. I kept getting robot answers! The pages load like a slow webpage. The ad pages are so touchy that I have to concentrate as to how I touch the screen, because if the ad opens, I can't get it to close and have to go all the way out and back in, sometimes to the same thing. I've deleted the app a couple times and have to start the magazine issue over...still getting problems. Not sure what the thoughts were in doing this to the app, but CHANGE IT BACK! I'm considering cancelling my subscription or going back to print. The app is more trouble than it's worth!

    All of a sudden I can't download latest issue. Deleted app and reinstalled... was able to download issue but now the app crashes. Ugh.

    One month the magazine downloads fine, the next it wants me to purchase the issue. I've done everything suggested under the FAQs, but it hasn't helped.
