  • Missing several years of subscription

    So decided add my print subscription of 6 years onto my iPad finally only find the magazine only shows 8 magazines in my library even though I’m a current subscriber it doesn’t show any magazine past first week of January??? Seriously where are my magazines? It obviously recognizes account but years missing even more just recent issues aren’t showing up AND I have refreshed library- What kind of sham scam business is this? 🤔☹️👎 #fail

    Customer service worked with me & resolved my issue. It was a simple fix & I am back in business. :) Like all the other 1 star reviews, I can’t access any new issues. I logged in with my new info & only got through February 15th issue for some reason. Very frustrating! Seems ridiculous that everyone is having the same problems. Seems like they’re trying to get more money out of us. Instead I think they will lose a lot of customers if this keeps up.

    Numerous challenges: Logging in requires multiple prompts for information and in some cases can not locate subscriptions Terrible landing page - very cluttered Restoring older issues is problematic

    The March 8th and March 15th issues are available. My subscription is active and paid. How do I resolve this?

    Have tried repeatedly to enter my account number which is not recognized. Email i used to be able to use not recognized. Previously app would regularly knock you off. So maddening because this is how i prefer to read the magazine but clearly working this hard to access something isn’t worth it.
  • EW App Continues to Get Worse With Each Realease

    I was so happy with the app a year or two ago; it was almost flawless. Unfortunately, it appears all the competent coders have moved on. I am having issues like so many, in that I do not have access to my back issues, and have had issues with current issues recently, although the latter cleared up in a few days. However, I currently have no access to back issues older than November 30, 2018. This is totally unacceptable. For what is worth, I can access these issues on my Android phone using the Google News (magazine) app, so I know it is not a problem with my account.

  • New APP Doesn’t Work UNDER ZINIO

    There is no customer service. Beware ...Zinio has aligned wrong email w/my account. Entertainment Weekly acknowledges there is a problem but digital is out of their hands.
  • Can’t Access New Issues

    When I try to open recent issues the app will not let me do that. It says I have to purchase the issue! I already bought a subscription. Why can’t they make an app that works?

    Cannot access digital issues anymore through the app. A worthless piece of garbage. In this day and age, this kind of app should just work.
