  • Could be better

Good app. Would be more user friendly if you didn’t have to manually size and align every text box to every line needing text. And everything is so small, it’s hard to maneuver on the screen; especially if you’re a perfectionist and want things neat. When that’s the case, you might as well just print, sign and scan it yourself.
  • Great program and app.

  • Great program, horrible app

I use docusign on a weekly basis and love it, but please improve this app! So limited on what you can do, and very cumbersome to use. From adding documents, to something as simple as changing an email assigned to a signer, it is not a user friendly app.
  • DocuSign Lost My Paid Account & No Refund

    By sbidny
I subscribed for an annual subscription via the app for $119.99 ($127.49 with tax). I have a receipt from Apple for this purchase to prove it. And it is still in Apple’s system. However, DocuSign somehow failed to process this subscription. My account was terminated and all of my templates and signed documents were purged from their system. Hours of time and very important data lost from a company that deals in e-signed document management. I contacted DocuSign, and they said they could not refund the money since Apple processed it. They also had no record of the payment on their end. I contacted Apple, and - even though my subscription is *literally* still active and I cannot access the account - they are unwilling to refund due to the length of time since purchase. I use this account for signing documents on two properties. These properties only come up for renewal once a year at most, hence the length of time since I last accessed the account. Shame on DocuSign and Apple for taking my money and not providing anything in return, i.e., stealing. And then coming up with every excuse not to return it. What a perfectly rigged system.
