What a great way to kill a good publication. Future US has destroyed Maximum PC and all the once great publications. Sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn’t. Always have to restore purchases every time I open the app just to read or download. Now it won’t load at all giving an error that it cannot access the App Store. Thanks, Future US, for making me unsubscribe and help pay for these excellent tech journalists. Maximum PC, you should ditch Future US. I will re-subscribe if you choose a better platform.

I love having this magazine in digital form so that I can read on the go! There’s nothing like the physical copy, but having this option rocks!

Been an avid reader for 15 yrs now and i love this magazine. With their help I’ve built over 12 rigs and loved them all. Just used their March issue to help my son build his first rig.

This is one of the best PC magazines out there. I've been a subscriber for many years and the switch to digital has been a blessing on my storage of the useful issues (some for years after they are printed). Whenever I build a new computer, or are looking for info on useful software, this is the first place I look.
  • App is Glitchy

When it works, the app is ok. However I frequently have trouble downloading content. The app acts as though I don’t have a subscription and requires me to purchase individual editions, even though my digital subscription is still active and not expired. On multiple occasions I had to reach out to technical support. And tech support is glitchy too. Depending on how you contact tech support (through the app or the website), your request will go to one of three or so different support entities all based out of the U.K. And they’ll suggest things to try, none of which work, and you’ll need to put up with it for two weeks trying hopeless solutions before someone in tech support finally understands what you’re having an issue with and fixes the problem. Argh.

Had this subscription for years, now being charged for new issues even though I have a subscription, happened twice. Just canceled subscription. Sad way to go out
  • App wants me to buy latest issue

Although the app shows I have an active annual subscription, it wants be to purchase the current issue when I go to download it. I see this is a common issue, so I hope this is resolved soon. I know how to fix it, reset credentials, reinstall, download all issues you want to read again.... not a great solution when traveling, especially for anyone that doesn’t have unlimited data it’s their wireless carrier
