    Though I never actually received a response, the app is now working properly. Te problem I did have follows this uppdate... ------ I’ve emailed, with screen shots and an explanation of the steps I’ve taken to try and get the app fully restored, to the developer. I've deleted and reloaded to no avail. The app is still not restoring my purchase. I’ve feel that I have waiting a bit too long to get a fix from the developer. Not a favorable impression of Voros Innovation’s customer service. Also, why must customers restore their purchse each time the app is activated? I’ve purchased the app, you have the info. Please update the app so this annoying step is avoided.

    Beautiful fire but keeps going out; and doesn't start up when computer does. Also, keeps vanishing from start-up menu on Imac 2021.
