    I absolutely love this app. It helps me with all my workouts. The only thing I wish it would let me do is add a picture to a workout that I had to add (PLEEEEEEEEASE add this feature). Other than that the app is wonderful

    I switched from another workout tracker to Strong about two months ago. Super intuitive, I also really like the custom rest periods for warmup sets and main sets.

    I’ve been using this since 2017 and it’s never let me down. Just to be clear: this is not an AI or something that will do your programming for you. This is the step from using a pen and paper note book in the gym, to a more efficient log book method on your phone in the gym. This means that you will still need to understand how to program and progress your lifts, how to hit your goals etc etc on your own. However, this is an amazing tool to use to document how your body responds to stressors over time. Sometimes when I get silly ideas about trying silly programs, I look back a few years in my log on this app and can see my training data to remind me of why I made changes. It’s really powerful to be able to look at years of data to make decisions for my training now. I had a stint where I had a personal trainer in 2017 and used this app to log what we did and key body metrics during that time. I had a period of time in 2019 where I was immigrating to America from Canada and my training was more inconsistent, and I can look at the data during that time as well. And if you’ve made it this far in the review, a big feature here..YOU CAN EXPORT TO EXCEL. Absolutely invaluable if you are hiring a coach and want to give them a head start with data to look at. Anyway, it’s always been a really slick way to quickly enter what I’m doing in the gym (even faster than using a pen and paper). Trust me when I tell you that in several years, you’ll be glad you started using strong to track your training.

    It’s a very simple app that allows you to customize workouts and has given information about standard lifting techniques. I wish you were easier to log previous workouts. go on a bike ride and I don’t use the app. I wish you were easier to add quickly. You need to go in and edit start and end times

    I have tried a number of apps over the years and I always come back to this one. It does everything I needed to do and it is incredibly intuitive, simple to use, yet comprehensive. I read some of the criticisms and I thought to myself what nitpicking comments. nothing is perfect, but when it comes to work out apps, this one is pretty close.

    Strong is great. I offers basic graphing and the ability to create structured or flexible workouts. Seeing numbers keeps me motivated. The watch app is a complete step down though. It doesn’t connect, disconnects, doesn’t sync and doesn’t end workouts with any consistency. The latest problem is ending workouts on my watch (I have to open the app on my phone just before this) just like the dev recommends and while the workout ends on my phone, it stalls on the watch and doesn’t end. I have to restart my watch. Watch syncing is a big disappointment.

    I have been using Strong for years, and it is by far the best and most user friendly app I’ve ever used to track workouts. It is especially great for tracking strength exercises; you can easily see how much progress you have made in specific lifts. I can create custom workout routines and view the history of each of these workouts. Sometimes I look back in my workout history to see how far I have come over the years! All this is thanks to Strong. Exercise, health, and lifting weights are incredibly important parts of my life and I would not be where I am today without Strong. This app is wonderful and a great addition to anyone’s training routine.

    Great app, only things is this NEEDS a pause ability you guys have known about this for years how has it not been added yet, and i want for yall to add the weight lifted ability to workouts like pull ups, i weigh 180, i did 10 reps, 1800 lbs, doesnt seem hard but for some reason those workouts dont add to my workout. Thanks.
