    best way to track workouts and progress. syncs up with other lifestyle apps which is great. love the “create your own workout” feature if the workouts you do are slightly unconventional. the subscription is worth it. not sure about Apple Watch though but honestly this is th only app i subscribe to. if you work out everyday, $30 a year ain’t so bad. love this app, seriously. if i ever get an apple watch i’ll review that version, works great with iphone

    Glitched me offline & won’t let me log back in. Tried sharing workouts with my partner and vice versa and will not share unless we are logged in with saved workouts.

    I can’t say I’m impressed. All I wanted to do was track my workouts. When I tried to create a new exercise using Leg Press it automatically added four sets. I do three sets. It won’t let me remove a set. I want to exercise my way. Not an app’s way. If I can’t put in my workout program, the app doesn’t do me any good.

    The Apple Watch sync is still buggy. The rest timer freezes a lot, and sometimes the Apple Watch doesn’t show any workout in progress at all. Feature requests: - Can you add a 1-minute increment to the rest timer? - Can you add a specific timer interval for warmups the same way we can specify for exercises? I like short rests for warmup sets, and longer rests for heavy sets, and it’d be nice to not have to switch back and forth between heavy and warmup sets for each exercise Thank you!

    Hello some issues have popped up when working out with my Apple Watch connected to the app. The App UI in the Apple Watch will suddenly got to the apps main screen where it lists all my main workouts, canceling my workout and progress I have made, jumping to the main screen in the middle of the rest timer. Please fix.

    I want to remain focused and intentional in the gym. Strong offer what I need without all the ‘fluff’. I tested four other fitness apps and Strong won me over. 4-Stars; two issues that would make it better. 1) The exercise library updated (on every app update); there seems to be quite a few standard exercises omitted. Especially, if Strong is able to aggregate all the added-by-user exercises. 2) Desktop access would be extremely useful. This is my app...Outstanding, save my two personal wants. Thanks!!!
