Strong is the most minimal and intuitive workout tracker for any fitness routine. With hundreds of preloaded exercises and workout programs it's time to throw out your notebook. Join the over 1 million people who have downloaded Strong to stay on track in the gym. “I’d suggest downloading the “Strong” app before you return to the gym. It’s that good” - CNBC, June 2017 “with apps like Strong, working out feels more like a game” - The Verge, May 2017 “I have used nearly every logging app since the App Store launched. This is the best bar none” “I use this every time I go to the gym and seriously couldn't train without it” “Simple. Intuitive. Functional. Exactly what I was looking for.” “This is bare bones and serious. Right on, and works perfectly... I wish I could give 10 stars.” “It's by far the most intuitive and easy to use workout app I’ve used.” Whether you want to gain strength or just stay healthy, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced powerlifter, Strong provides everything you need to record your workouts as effortlessly and as quickly as possible. Unlike other fitness apps, Strong doesn’t bog you down with pictures and videos you don't need, and provide unnecessary functions you’d never use. Strong is optimised for a progressive barbell routine such as Starting Strength or StrongLifts 5x5, but it is easily adaptable to any other routine of your choosing! FEATURES: - The simplest interface of any fitness app available on the App Store - Add your own routines and choose easily between them - Cardio and strength exercises - and add your own too! - Fully-featured Apple Watch app to log workouts without your iPhone - Support for multiple Exercise Types, including Assisted Bodyweight and Duration Exercises - Track your progress with graphs for Volume and 1RM Progression - Tag sets as Warm Up, Failure or Drop Sets - Supersets/Grouped Exercises - Automatically back up your data with Cloud Sync! - Built in body measurements tracker helps you record your weight and other vitals, and includes support for Apple Health - Share sheet makes archiving workouts to Evernote, Notes or Email easier than ever! - Full Screen Timer for easier notification - Warm Up Calculator tells you which weights to warm up with - Plate Calculator for when the weights get high - Support for Imperial (lbs) and Metric (kg) weights, or a combination of both - Add additional notes to your workout - Advanced Statistics show your personal records and progression, and even calculate your one rep max and total weight lifted! - Export workout information by email to CSV format, as well as full Database Export - Built in Auto Countdown Timer to help record rest breaks The free version of Strong is limited to 3 routines. Upgrade to a Strong PRO subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year) to create an unlimited number of routines and unlock additional PRO features. Strong will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription or free trial period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, but no refund can be provided for unused portions of the subscription. If you’ve previously purchased “Unlock Strong” or “Strong Combo Pack”, you’ll be able to use the Restore Purchases option from the app for access to Strong PRO features. These prices are for customers in the United States and may vary depending on your iTunes Account settings. In-app purchases and subscriptions cannot be shared using Family Sharing. • Amazing app, but expensive

    By Tim51384
The app is really convenient for keeping track of progress. I’ve been using a free beta version for a couple months now, and the app has a lot of great features. It keeps me aware of how much time is passing with the rest timers. It also makes it easy to record your progress and see what you did during your last workout. The ability to create workout routines is also really useful! It keeps everything nice and organized. The app has everything I want and more. In regards to the pricing, I really don’t want to pay for a subscription to use this app. I’d rather just pay one time for the app - there is an option for a one time payment, but it’s $100! There is an option to be a beta tester. You get all the features for free, but you have to settle for a version that may have a bug or two.
  • Pretty good

I’ve used the app off and on for over a year. It has loads of great features. I do wish that you could set up a rest timer for each specific exercise individually, as that isn’t always the same.
  • Lost my pod upgrade with a new phone

    By nostromo1978
I loved this app... but when I bought a new phone I post my paid update and now I’m being asked to pay for a subscription.
  • Finally found my app!

    By Shap08
Edit: this is still my go to app, but super sets still need better layout for using. The interface when working out is good, but could be more intuitive. I’ve reached out to customer support a few times with questions and have to be honest. They offered the most personable comprehensive support from any app over used, and I’m not even a paying customer (yet). I think I’ll bite the bullet and purchase this as my final weight lifting tracking app. Probably do the life time purchase at $99. It’s well worth it considering the amount of dedication and support this team offers. —————————————————- I’ve used SO many workout apps looking for the best to record and assist with workouts. After countless trials, this is the one. It’s not perfects, but it’s much better than all others. The need to improve the superset display and timer, along with a few other things like ability to automatically change future workouts based on current. Beyond that, it’s perfect.
  • Does exactly what you need.

    By Bdnichols
This app is perfect for tracking your gym workouts. I don’t use many of the bells and whistles, but the core functionality is perfect. One suggestion - add the previous workout’s weights/reps info to the rest timer screen.
  • Perfect lifting journal

    By Adamwitz
This is so simple to use and perfect for a lifting diary. I do a upper/lower split four but each day has different movements. I easily set up four different routines and can track my progress.
  • Great! Needs better Apple Watch integration

    By natewolfe1
Designed well, easy to use, easy to track progress and very helpful. I hope the next update makes the Apple Watch integration even better. Right now, the Apple Watch interface for this app is weak and a little buggy. Otherwise, the app is awesome.
  • Best App

    By halfa01
I use this app everyday at the gym. Easy to use, and it keeps getting better with every update. Thanks
  • Great app, but the Apple Watch portion needs major help

    By acosmicfriend
I love the app for iphone, but i have to take a star away for the Apple Watch app since it literally doesn’t work at all. i’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps from the support site, but nothing has changed. I’d also like it to be a universal app with ipad interface, but that’s not as big of a deal.
  • Not great not terrible either

    By Hessian823
I like this app. It’s not great but it’s not terrible either. Their support is garbage and the apps HR monitoring is super awful but it tracks workouts and progress well. Integrates well on watch. Solid 3 stars. You can probably do better but you can also definitely do worse.
