The app glitches too much, makes it impossible to shop on

I done shopping than went to check out and it Keeps taking opps error.

I always buy Victoria secret underwear!! The last time I bought the underwear it was cheap and thin. Very disappointed!! I won’t buy again!!!

New update is a joke! Good luck trying to purchase anything! Save yourself time and delete the app and use their website.

The new update 12.1.0 Kees freezing up after using it for a few minutes. I have to close out of the app completely and reopen to start browsing again. Update improvements were a busy with this one. It also wouldn’t allow me to use a promo code correctly to get a few lotion last week. The system never registered the lotion as a few item. That was a rip off on a freebie. Please fix it! Very disappointed with the online shopping experience lately

I’m not sure if they had a recent update or something but now I can’t even log in to my account to view my statements or pay my bill. So annoying after talking to customer service and they can’t do anything about it but place a “ticket”.

Unable to login to app. Very frustrating since there are special only available in the app. Tired to uninstall the app and reinstall it but still having the same issue

My PINK app was running slow and in the middle of browsing the page just goes white, won’t let me refresh or go back. So I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, only to get a message when signing in “oops, something went wrong, please try again later.” At this point I’m not putting much thought into it yet so I assumed I forgot my password. After resetting my password and repeating the sign in process, once again I get the same message. “Oops, something went wrong, please try again later.” So I open my Victoria’s Secret app (separate from the PINK app) and got the same message at sign in. I repeated the uninstall/reinstall process AGAIN! Only to have wasted all this time because it’s still telling me “OOPS” after every sign in attempt. I love this brand, I love the apps! I think you guys are doing a great job. I’m not very familiar with the technical side of the app but I do know it gets pretty inconvenient if I spend more than 5-8 mins on the app because after that the glitching starts. This has been my experience from the get go. And iv had these apps, (and when it was still just one app), for quite a long time. It just gets frustrating because this problem has never been resolved. I’m not sure if it’s just me or if a lot of people experience the same glitching. Again, I love the brand, and I think you guys are doing a good job. I can’t imagine how fast pace the work environment must be, i understand technology is going to glitch out from time to time and it’s nothing serious. Which is why iv never brought this up before to support or in any ratings. But I would really love to see some resolution in the near future.

Knowing what we know goes on in the world .. I found it really strange & downright disturbing that pink underwear advertising differs so dramatically from VS’s adult advertising in an extremely uncomfortable manner .. absolutely disgusting. I’m so over this big corps anyway
