    Straight up does not work. I can access our site from a computer, but the app seems to be broken. I sign in and it just errors out every time, on all tabs except the Vendors tab (maybe because it’s just looking at local vendors and not my actual account). None of the tabs will load, and I’ve tried reinstalling twice, so I think this version of the app is unusable right now, sadly.

    When it works it’s good. But it seems to crash frequently and there’s not many options for vendors unless you are in a big city.

    We chose the Knot after trying a few other platforms for a wedding website and registry. We liked that the website tools are flexible and let you build your site how you want it. The registry is just okay. It’s nice that the website allows guests to browse through all gifts from multiple stores. But it’s a little glitchy (ie sometimes shows items twice even though we’ve only registered for one). The biggest issue is glitches with the planning tools. For days I’ve been trying to populate our booked vendors and even though I have saved our vendors as “favorites”, when I try to add them under booked vendors the app and website can’t find them. Even when I search on Google it can’t locate them. Really frustrating because I wanted to be able to rely on the planning tools.

    You can’t fill out information for your wedding website without having issues…. It constantly changes your event date for the website….. it changes what you put in to whatever it wants for you!!!! Vendors never respond!!!! I hate this app

    Planning my whole wedding on this app. Found the venue, DJ and almost all the vendors through it. It helps me budget all the financing and keep track of the guest list. Honestly thanks to this app everything is organized and my stress level is pretty low.

  • Constantly getting error message

    Whether it’s on the app or the website, I have constantly been receiving the error message “oops, something went wrong. please try again later” when trying to shop for gifts for my registry, or edit them. The app has been a hassle to say the least. If it didn’t bug out every time I used it, it would be decent, but the consistent problems make this app not worth using ever, and using a different app.

  • New update stinks!

    The best part of this app is the to-do list feature but this new update makes the list unresponsive to touch. I can't get the to-do list items to open when I tap them!!

  • Registry not loading

    Love the app and it’s very user friendly. The planning section is great and I’ve been following it month to month to make sure we are on track. Unfortunately, the app has a hard time pulling up my registry. I can open and close the app several times and it still won’t open and can be very frustrating to try and use. Id recommend fixing this bug!!

  • Some bugs on the registry feature

    It’s so convenient having the app on my phone but the registry feature on the app is full of bugs. I’ve consistently gotten “Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later” whenever I click on a gift or try to track gifts. I’ve gone through multiple app updates and this issue persists. Otherwise, I really like the app and the other user interfaces are great. The guest response tracking on the app is amazing, for example. Overall the service is great for wedding planning, just wish the registry management was more convenient and reliable on the app.
