    I have been unable to make calls through extension app on IPhone. The screen shows connecting but the call never connects and there is neither a dial tone. The app works fine on my Android phone

    Overall, it’s pretty seamless and works great. I have had a few issues with trying to turn features off and it turns out you have to turn them off in multiple locations, which was aggravating until that got figured out. The interface is adequate, but not outstanding, requiring you to go back through multiple clicks to get to the next thing. But as far as it actually working, doing what you need it to, there are lots of options, and good features and once you have your settings right, it’s pretty flawless.

    I downloaded and have used this app from the moment I received my adapter. It works very well with the phones, Google Android and iPhones 11-12, down to ‘muting calls’ if that is set up for unknown contacts, but there are caveats. The first caveat is, it doesn’t work as an extension phone. The second is, whichever phone picks up a call, is where the record of that call is located. The third caveat is, your carrier might not agree with you in the instance of placing a call using this app. You _might_ get charged for the call, especially in the case of an international call. Fourth is that the VOIP adapter will signal a missed call while the app doesn’t allow the call to go to voicemail. Overall I’m pleased with the app. It works “as advertised”. I’ve had no problems in several years of use.

    We have Vonage to serve as our house phone, it replaced the land line. That part of the service works flawlessly as long as we have internet connection. The app was supposed to forward calls to the house phone, it worked great for some time, more recently, it drops calls or doesn’t allow the call to transfer.

    App is a great tool to manage the account, make and receive calls and review call history. It allows me to separate mobile from land line numbers and have a “business phone” on my personal cell phone.

    For about the past month, this app logs me out every day. And I sometimes have to enter my credentials multiple times before it will log me back in. Please fix. Thanks.

    I switched from OOma to Vonage and the set up took less than five minutes and everything has been running smooth ever since. With OOma I was on the phone with them every other day for hours. This is a million times better.
