  • Still no Apple TV or Chromecast support

    By CobraBK
Sorry, cancelled the service with the provider since there is still no Apple TV or Chromecast support (no, AirPlay doesn't count). You have all of that for the HBO Go app, but why not Max Go? If you got both of these in the app and actually kept it updated (iOS 12 is out but no big updates yet), I would renew my subscription. Until then, nope not a dime.
  • No Chromecast

60+ million of these devices have been sold. It's not that you're so far behind as much as it's clear you just don't care.
  • Apple TV should have MAXGO

    By Nickypooh411
For those that use their Apple TV and may not own other Apple devices should be able to access MAXGO. Please update.
  • AirPlay...

    By KC1974
..AirPlay over an iPhone to an Apple TV connected to a 65” 4K TV is not how people should stream movies. Cancelled my subscription. HBO go or now - fine Showtime - fine Starz - fine Cinemax - nothing..
  • Won’t stream saying I have other streams open

    By unhappy6
I have never used this app nor the web browser app. Yet it gives me an error saying I have too many streams open. That’s ridiculous. I issued an online help order but have not heard back. And the movies in the app are more complete than Xfinity.
  • IT must have been absent the day this app was made

    By BoredNHomealone
The functionality of this app is awful. Crashes all the time and unless you have an Apple TV there’s no casting ability. What a waste of time and money.
  • Chromecast

    By sweetscorpio77
    Does not support chromecast
  • Can’t log in cable one

    By tristank
This app is terrible. The login for cable One customers always gives an error. I don’t know if it’s a cable one problem or a max go problem but either way, it doesn’t work.
  • TV Provider not listed for sign in

    By santiagosantiago
Unable to sign in because my tv provider (spectrum time warner) is not listed.
  • No chrome cast, no Xfinity (?)

    By Mark bbbbbbb
I subscribe to Cinemax through Comcast xfinity but it doesn’t seem to be on the list for sign in. Additionally there’s no Chromecast support. What year is this?
