  • Unstable app with incomplete restore purchases

    By Mskeita
I have been a subscriber since 2013. I also subscribe to InStyle and Real Simple. The Oprah magazine app is by far the most frustrating to use. My purchases are not restored fully. The app stops working routinely, which require to uninstall/install and download again all the issues. Subscribing to digital issues is the environmental thing to do but the experience of using this app is unpleasant which is unfortunate because I love the magazine
  • Love My Subscription

    By Nickie Belle
I absolutely love my subscription to this magazine. I’ve had bad experiences with a few of my other magazine subscriptions but not this one. It comes out every month on time, each issue has plenty of informative articles, and I can download for offline. Not to mention how inspirational it is. This is one of the best digital magazines out there.
  • Oprah can fix anything but her O magazine app

    By 2 kolors
I have always been a fan of anything Oprah but this app is wayyyyy below her standards. There is not service to the customer on the customer service line. I have reloaded this app more than I care to think. I have the app because when and if I have down time this was going to be my go to. I want this app to be functional or give me back my hard earned $20. Can you fix that Oprah?
  • Update stinks!

    By clamx
The pointless bars on top and bottom obscure content. I hate this version. All the magazine apps "powered by MAZ" are garbage. I’m getting ready to dump them all.
  • Swipe feature no longer working

    By DinaLove
Similar to other reviewers, I can’t access the mag via swipe feature, which is pretty key. Nor can I access contents via icon (reverts to cover page). How am I supposed to read this mag? Just submitted issue to app support.
  • Why can’t I swipe anymore?

    By B1anne
Seems the swipe function no longer works so you can’t read the magazine. And the contents page doesn’t work either. Very frustrating. Right now I can only access one or two pages from recent magazines.
  • It used to be so good before MAZ

    By peskorza
This was such a wonderful app before the platform change. Now, every single time since the changeover (and it has been a substantial period of time now), whenever there is an update, all my issues revert to the cloud and I have to again download EVERY SINGLE issue I have access to via my subscription. That means YEARS worth of issues, since I’ve long been a subscriber, to re-download, constantly and repeatedly. I’m also no fan of the new format, having found the one previous to the platform change, far more straightforward and accessible. Why did they have to “fix” something that was never broken and which now breaks down again and again and again? So frustrating and annoying and just a serious piece of crap.
  • Last Update Made Magazine Unusable

    By Loraclap
The so-called “improved swiping” makes it impossible to swipe at all. I can’t get past the cover on the two most recent issues. Have cancelled subscription.
  • Useless

    By Jenlynham
Can’t swipe to turn the page, completely ineffective. Email to customer “service” ignored. Guess I’ll turn to twitter to voice complaint.
  • I unsubscribed.

    By PaliReader
The new app version is unbearable. I stuck with it for a few more issues hoping it would get better but it became too painful, decided to unsubscribe.
