I’d give it no stars, if I could. It looks, feels, and works like ancient technology. It literally freezes every couple of seconds and the image is grainy, like you’re watching a 70s home movie. We were sucked into purchasing their recurring membership because our basting facility used their service. Thankfully, they’ve stopped using this mess.

Don’t waste your money. I was never able to look at my dog in her suite after I made the $1.99 purchase for my IPhone.

Do not waste your money. This app is constantly freezing up watching the camera. It just shows our dog in different places around the room. My spouse can’t even log in after I paid for the yr subscription because of different Apple ID’s so they make you pay multiple times for my husband and I to see.
  • No family sharing!

App is the bare minimum. Developer should enable family plan sharing. It’s ridiculous to have to pay for memberships for each spouse just to see the dogs during boarding.

Last updated 2 years ago. Picture quality okay but the skipping is very annoying. To think you have to pay for this is mind blowing. Our boarder needs to find a better solution.

I’m already paying a premium for boarding/daycare. Now you want me to subscribe and pay a monthly fee for this stupid app. I don’t think so.

The app does not work. It's frozen from the start. Waste of money.

Unlike others I haven’t had many issues with the video itself that weren’t attributable to the facility ISP. That said the app user interface seems really poorly designed given that it’s essentially a one function paid app. If you’re boarding at a large facility (scores of cameras) every time you want to check on the pups you have to find the appropriate camera(s) again and possibly re-enter a password. Recently used cameras should be quick and easy to access and remember the last password used for that camera. (At least it remembers the facility.) As others have mentioned, trying to zoom into the picture leaves the video zoomed but resets the position of the video every time it updates (every second or so) meaning that zooming without freezing the image is cvs worse than useless. Although I haven’t tried to cancel, the auto renewal seems like it could be better managed to ensure the renewal was desired.
