  • App has suddenly stopped working and there’s no way to contact support!

    The app has suddenly stopped working (AGAIN), which means a service that I’ve paid for and have a significant amount of keys outstanding on, isn’t available. Further, when you try to access support, it takes you to a web page that’s blank aside from the developer’s logo. Have they suddenly gone under? Is the app now toast? If something’s wrong, why not put a message to users in the app? Horrible communication.

    How do I get rid of them once they have taken up all my time? I have to shut down device and restart to do that. Guess I will have to look for a new app if you can't resolve.

    When I go for help, and it says see video, after watching the video, and the time has expired, there used to be and X appear in a corner to go to the next screen, many many times , there is no X to click on to change the screen and proceed, I am stuck on that screen, cant get OFF!! Not able to continue and proceed !!! Very frustrating !! Did not used to do that ever, now very frequent, snd discouraging !!!

    You get so many free keys, tells you to login for 2 free keys that you very often never get, you can watch the ads for a free key and never even have the chance to exit the add once the video is done playing. So it just generates free ad revenue for them and you get nothing. BUT when you purchase keys you can guarantee it ALWAYS works.

    I have had this app for quite a while and it stopped working months ago. Typically it corrects itself after a couple of days, but it still doesn’t work. Wasted money unless they hurry up and fix!

    I recently redownloaded this app after it stopped working for me awhile ago. It will download my screen, allow me to watch a video for 30 seconds, show the x to close and get my free clue, but it then will not close. I have watched five different videos but none will close at the end or give me a free clue! HELP!!!

    This app worked like a charm. Now I cannot go back to the game. I have to close this app and reopen words with friends. What is the deal? Also your app used to pick up the photo when I took it. NOw I have to close the app (again) and choose the photo then close the app and go open words with friends. Did you not update to iOS 17? Very disappointing.
